Easter Event - Egg Field
Run on over to the easter egg field. There, you'll see all sorts of eggs that other people of deposited. You have to deposit an item or pet with some BP (or GP, if you want) to the egg to grab one of the eggs on the field!
From time to time, an admin will leave some very nice prizes - from uber rare items, to various Cash Shop or BP shop items, to the new Easter pets. So you never know what you're going to get!
At 12:30 AM, one of these is going in there... will you be the lucky user to score it in an egg?

Easter Event - Egg Hunt
Every 30 minutes to an hour, an egg will show up on YOUR screen and bounce around.
If you grab the egg, you get to collect it for a trade-in game at the end of the easter event. The eggs aren't items, so you can't trade them or sell them to other users, but you will be able to exchange them for actual easter items.

Weekly Explore Pet Change
We are changing how we release weekly explore pets. We are going to be cycling through three explore genuses per week and upping the coloration payout the week before they are featured in explore.
For example, next Saturday, the genuses released will be the Gael, Insi, and Melo. If you submit a gael, insi, or melo to the Pet Suggestions forum starting today and through the 22nd, you will receive 10 GP for your coloration, rather than the 3 GP.
We hope this will allow us to collect more colorations for the unpopular genuses, as well as release explore pets in a more clockwork like manner, so you know what to expect and when.
Even if the coloration submitted during the weekly time frame isn't released (as only three are), it is still paid 10 GP and stockpiled in our colorations folders for release in explore at a later date.
Note: We really need DESERT explore pets! (even if fantasy ones)

Get your attention? Good! Because we're still having issues with people following rules regarding certain items, predicts, and otherwise. We also made some decisions on other breeding related stuff.
- To start, Fertility Potions cannot be used on: Holiday Breeding Coins, Breeding Coins, Derp Breeding Coins, Radioactive Breeding Coins, Eggnogs, Rare/Uncommon Breedings*, Hybrid LBCs, or Evil Breeding Coins.
They can be used on COMMON SPECIES ONLY (including SCC pets). They can be used on MBC, LBC, and Half LBC breedings that follow the above rules only.
*as designated in the Breeding Tutorial, which will be updated by this weekend, keep an eye out for it!
- Follow the predict requirement rules when submitting predicts. I think my last newspost regarding this went largely unseen, so I'll copypaste and try again. Here is a key of how many predicts are required for each coin if you submit predicts (if you want to make more, knock yourself out, but you MUST make this amount minimum):
HLBC - 2
EBC - 2
Derp - 2
Eggnog - 2 per side
BC - 3
RBC - 3
HBC - 4
LBC - 4
MBC - 4

- Eggnog: Submit 2 predicts for your end of the eggnog breeding. In the case where you want to work with the other person that is to be receiving a baby as well, they can submit two as well; if not, their end will be done by an artist. If it is a hybrid breeding, make two hybrid predicts, and if it's any other combination of pets, make one predict for each species/base.
- EBC: Submit 2 predicts, 1 'normal' and one 'evil'. Evil is to the discretion of the submitter, and normal is obviously just that -- what any other baby would be produced from that breeding. If it is a hybrid breeding, 2 hybrid predicts are required, and if it is any other combination of pets, make one predict for each species/base.
- RBC: I decided that if people want to submit predicts for these, fine. You must submit 3 predicts, 1 of which is a mutant/any weird and freaky combo you want, 1 of which is a 'normal' baby, and 1 of which is an alternate 'normal' baby. By this, I mean if you have a Melo x a Soli, for example, this makes a hybrid; make one baby that is a potential hybrid, one baby that is either a Melo or a Soli, and one baby that is a freaky screwed-up mutant. If something like Vyne x Orimi, make 1 mutant, 1 normal Vyne, and 1 normal Orimi. RBC almost always makes mutants, but you do have a small chance of one of your 'normal' babies being born as well. All RBC Hybrids must be editless as well.
- HBC: Adding this one in, not in the last news post, but for HBC, make 2 predicts PER PARENT SPECIES. So if you do Vion x Melo, make 2 Vions and 2 Melos.
- Derp: Make. Derpy. Babies. Don't try to use this coin as an excuse to make a nice baby. Overlays. Remember the April 1st newspost I did? DERPIFY IT.

- NOTE THAT FROM NOW ON, if you screw up and use a Fertility Potion on a breeding that it isn't allowed, you will not get a refund. READ THE RULES BEFORE USING. This also applies for trying to breed things not allowed on certain coins. You will not be refunded for things that are not submission mistakes from now on, you will simply have your breeding canceled without refund. All current breedings in queue that require cancellation will be refunded but from this newspost forward if you breed Vions with a Metal Breeding Coin, for example, you WILL lose your coin.
If you accidentally breed your Melo to your Orimi when you meant to breed it to your Phanto, for example, that is a valid reason to ask for a refund to resubmit the breeding. If you accidentally potion over a pet and it renders the breeding defunct, I will also work to refund you and get that resubmitted. An example of this is potioning over a pet to render a BC breeding that creates no hybrids (or isn't done on purpose, if I see something odd I will always PM the person to verify), or an LBC breeding no longer LBC-compatible (oops, I potioned my Vyne and now it's Vyne x Soli!). If you potion a pet in something like an RBC/EBC/Eggnog/Holiday breeding, WE WILL NOT FIX IT. You are stuck with what you get. It only applies to things that simply will not work for that coin. This applies to all future breedings not currently in queue as of this newspost.
- We also now have a guide of what predict caps there are payment-wise. Use this guide to remember what you can charge/what you should be paying as a maximum:
10 GP per set = LBC, MBC
7 GP per set = RBC, EBC
5 GP per set = Eggnog, HLBC, Derp
5 GP per baby = BC, HBC
Old x New lineart anything still has no price cap.
If it's a Breeding Coin, Breeding Pendant, Holiday Breeding Coin, or Egg Nog, you must pay a BC Candy to upload predicts. Refer to Slash's newspost a few days ago if you have any other further questions.
ANOTHER EDIT: No more Xaocs can be bred with Derp Coins. Stop doing so as of this newspost.
- Payout kickback for predict submissions are fixed! So whenever I accept predicts you should get your payment from now on.

Raffle #6 has ended + Trash Dump stuff

Hi guys, I have some updates for the Trash Dump feature, where you can dump unwanted items in exchange for the Trash for Treasure Shop currency.
First of all, the dump limit has been raised from 50 items a day to 100 items a day for all members. Premium members no longer have a limit and can dump an unlimited amount of items a day. This is a feature that has been suggested on the suggestions forum and now implemented. :)
We have also enabled the ability to dump charged items, as you requested.
Second, I want you to know that there will be a
Trash Dump Sale!!

At those times, Spense will restock some very, very expensive items in small quantities. We're talking items like these:
Trash for Treasure, indeed!
There will be a small handful of many different rare items stocking during each of those restock times. We are giving you a little over a week to prepare for this and dump all those unwanted items.
