The Seasonal Shop is now officially open!
It will be open until February 22nd at 11:59 PM. Remember, you can still collect and send Love Letters throughout the week, so I expect to see a pink blur from now until then!
Even though I'm very happily taken, I still enjoy long strolls in the wee hours of the morning with you folks, so let's take a walk through the seasonal shop together and ogle the goodies. <3

Already used your Love Letters or want to send something a little extra? Then you might be interested in the Cupcake Card.
This is a silly little item that you can send to another user to let them know you're thinking of them and that they are as sweet as can be, so you might want to put a few away for a rainy day when your friends can use some cheering up.
If you're looking for something to really sink your teeth into, unfortunately I'm fresh out of cupcakes, but I do have these other delectable delights ready for tasting!
See a food item here that you can't find in the Seasonal Shop? That means it is permanently in circulation and obtainable elsewhere. Enjoy!
Why not give your pet a special treat that they can't eat (well, hopefully they don't) with this adorable Lovebird fauna!
They'll never be lonely with this sweetly singing bird by their side!
In honor of Valentine's Day, we are also adding a few new things to the Trash Shop so that you can show your love and friendship toward one another all-year 'round. Introducing the Heart Balloon, Basket of Flowers, and Be Mine Teddy.
These items have no "use" beyond making someone feel good, but I'm pretty sure that's worth more than a lot of our functional items, so I hope you take advantage of them at some point.

This is a brand new breeding add-on that will give you cutesy offspring. :3
It is compatible with MBC, LBC, BC and HBC breedings. All offspring produced from a breeding with this add-on can have a Valentine/cutesy color palette and the babies from BC/HBC breedings can have the bonus of Valentine/cutesy edits!

I'm glad you asked, because we have a new battle set this year, but you'll have to work with me here since Cupid had to have his hands in it. Introducing the Enchanted Bow and Heartwing Shield, handy tools on the battle field.
Love Potion #9 has returned this year with some old, familiar faces as well as new ones that are in need of lovin'! This potion allows you to create customs on special Valentine's Day lines and gives you up to 50% edit room. The Melo and Oske lines are still available (here), but we're adding two new genuses to the gang!

Now onto site pets!
Yes, there are a lot to collect, but when you see them all, I think you'll be glad you have the chance to own some of these beauties. Don't forget that even though these pets are AD, they are still obtainable with MPTs, Glittering Rocks, etc.
The Rose Potion will turn your active pet into one of 10 possible hybrids.
Here's a few examples of what could bubble up out of the potion:
The Floral Perfume is a potion that will turn your active pet into either an uncommon, raw or token pet with 8 colorations available. Here's a few of them!
There are a whopping 18 pets for you to also collect in the Seasonal Shop.
However, I did you a favor and bottled them all up in this cute Lovespell Potion which can be found sitting pretty in the Trash Shop to help you with your pet-collecting endeavors.

I'm sure you can find something to keep you busy, like sending more Love Letters and coloring Kabas.
Have fun for me while I'm at work and make sure you spend time with someone you care about whether it's a boyfriend/girlfriend, a family member, coworker, friend, or even a stranger. Everyone can benefit from good company. :3

We're busy bees behind the scenes getting a shop of love set up for everyone to enjoy! The shop will be going up some time today and we'll probably be breaking the news post up into two sections--that's how much lovely stuff we're buried under. Remember, if you see things going into the Seasonal Shop before the announcement, DO NOT purchase them, as they are subject to change prior to official release via the news.

Super Happy Fun Explore Times!

Good afternoon my little cherubs! Hasn't it been a while? Some heartless so-and-so who shall not be named Erienne oh gosh my traitorous fingers dragged me from my little cave of solitude in order to fill for Mauri this weekend. I promise to take good care of you and employ only a minimal amount of inappropriate eyebrow-waggling throughout.
Next week's pets are the Gael, Insi and Melo!
Don't forget that if you dedicate your time to colouring any of these little fellas over the next week, you'll earn a tasty 10 GP instead of the usual 3 GP per. Need a refresher on our incentive scheme? Visit here! Want to just get stuck in to colouring? Grab your PSDs here!

If you haven't browsed the entries of the Weekend Kera Coloring Contest, I encourage you to take a look because the submissions were stunning. Originally, I was not crazy about the Kera as a pet, but seeing what people did with the base really changed my mind and inspired me, so thank you for that.
If you made a coloration that's not up here, feel free to do whatever you like with it. I know I'm going to be stalking Pet Design Sales for some. XD
This was insanely hard to judge, but here are our final six!
Remember, you are voting on which Kera coloration you want to be the official color appearing in the BP Shop.
The rest will be raffled off as customs! :3

Flying Love Letters

Love Letters are now dropping properly!
You should be able to find them wherever you can find R20 items.
Most notably, they are findable in both Explore and Adventure and you can obtain them from cooking as well.
They are also still restocking in the Random Crap shop!
Remember, you can view your point total along with letters sent and received here.
If you need a refresher on how the point breakdown works, check out the news post here!
You will be able to gather and send Love Letters from now until when the seasonal shop closes (and it's not even open yet), so you have plenty of time to spread the love! Have fun. :3

The art gallery has been judged! The theme was Aywas jewelry and we had some really creative, fun and well-crafted pieces submitted. I loved looking through them, and here are our winners!

The theme this week is Famine in honor of our reigning Apocalypse Unus.
This can be done in digital or traditional media or anything crafty that you would like to use. You can do artwork of Famine the Unus itself, or an Ay/Ara landscape affected by Famine, etc. Have fun with it!

Love Letter Update

So, as you may have noticed, this year's batch of Love Letters are a little shy.
They are assigned to the proper places and are the correct rarity, but for some reason they're still not being found--something that needed a mass-release to figure out. I'm currently waiting on word from Yasu to see what's up and we'll give you the all clear when the issue is fixed.
I've seen a lot of people stomp their feet and give up on this event already.
Let me take a moment to remind you that, you know what, things break, and things get fixed, and I'm here to reassure you that Love Letters will be obtainable. Everyone is going to have the same amount of time to find them and Love Letters won't be going back to AD rarity until after the Seasonal Shop closes, so please relax. When have I not
