Pens, Tickets, and More!
Friendly reminder that if you've attached add-on that allows you to pick an artist (or artists), please review your selected artists and update as needed.
Some add-ons may require you to list more than one preferred artist. You can review the requirements for your add-on in the Item Database!
Keeping that in mind, the following are some scenarios that might occur if you haven't checked your tickets and pens in a while:
- If you have only inactive or on-hiatus artists, your request may be waiting until those artists return, thus delaying your breeding.
- If one or more of the artists you have listed are no longer on the breeding team, your breeding may be delayed or not assigned at all.
- If you have no artist listed, your breeding won't be assigned.
- If you have listed only one artist on a ticket/pen that requires you to list at least three artists, your breeding may not be assigned until you meet the artist selection requirements.
So, please: make sure you check up on your pens and tickets!

Lunar Meteor
Events
The sky had shifted colors, the amount of shooting stars has increased... no, it's not the apocalypse - the Lunar Meteor has arrived! Not only has it made its yearly appearance, but there are also some new pets for you to collect!
Be careful though - some creatures are more friendly than others!
The Lunar Meteor will be shooting back off into space after 11:59 PM AST on September 3rd, so be sure to collect everything that you would like to before then!
Additionally, the Museum Collection is up and ready for you to turn items in to! For those of you who weren't here last year, you can find the needed items while adventuring in the Lunar Meteor. When you have one of items, you can go to your inventory, click on the item, and hit "Move to Collections" from the menu. The prize for completing the collection is once again 1 SP and the Star Ticket, which can be used in the following raffles:
The Glittering Potion can change your pet into your choice of any site pet, and it has three charges! The Metallic Starlight Bottle allows you to create a metal Lunaris custom! The Jar of Sparkles has four charges and will turn your pet into a Lunaris from Lunaris Day 2012! The Bottle of Vampire Glitter allows you to create an up to 50% edited, sparkledog-esque custom of an Uncommon or Token species! If you need a break from Adventure, the Wish Upon a Star threads are here to potentially grant your pet and/or item desires! Be sure to read the rules entirely before posting, and good luck! You can find both of the threads in the Events forum. You will have until 11:59 PM AST on September 3rd to make your wishes!
Last, but certainly not least, the Seasonal Shop is open at this time as well! There are a few pets available for purchase, along with some new items and a good number of ones from previous Lunar Meteor stock. Be sure to grab any food, clothing, and fauna that you may have missed out on before! The Seasonal Shop will be open until 11:59 PM AST on September 5th, so be sure to make any and all purchases before then.

Black Friday 2023: Submissions
Events
It's almost that time of year again - the Black Friday Sale! This year, the sale will run November 16th to November 21st. While we'll have more information for you in regards to the actual sale when it's not so far away, here's some crucial information for those who would like to participate by creating sets:
You may create a set from any of the Exotic Genera (Teo, Faux, Snoodle, or Oët). A set is 5 custom pets with identical edits, all colored uniquely. If your set is accepted, you are also permitted 1 semi-unique that you can turn in at that time or at a later date. All applications must be PM'd to Mayday Marie (#11) with the following subject line: Black Friday 2023 - [email protected] - please replace the e-mail with your PayPal address. You must PM Mayday Marie (#11) with a sketch for for approval! Your sketches must be either 200px or 400px, and they should not be a screenshot of your canvas. If you send Marie a finished product without doing this first, we do not have to accept it. If you make more sets than the ones we approve you to do, we do not have to accept them. You must also send Mayday Marie (#11) examples of your shading and coloring, and if you have done any previous sets. If you send more than 5 examples, you may be asked to choose which ones you feel best represent your current work. Users may only submit 3 sketches at a time. If more are submitted you will be asked to choose 3 of them to be assessed. Additional sketches will not be assessed until accepted sketches are submitted as complete sets. There will be no exceptions. All sets should be between 50% - 75%. If your set is spectacular, we will accept less edits. We are allowing very few silvers! We will not be accepting a dozen Teos that only have the tails left. All PSDs must be breedable! This means separated edits, shading, highlights, coloring, etc. We will not accept pets that are unbreedable, and we will be checking PSDs. All sets must be completed and turned in to Mayday Marie (#11) by November 9th!
The payment options are as follows:
$50 paid after Black Friday is over; you must sell at least one coloration of your set on Day 1 or Day 2 to be able to claim this option! 100 GP + 5 SP paid once the set is finished. No base pay, however you are granted a 75% unique of any of the exotic genera creatable this Black Friday. (You are welcome to sell this slot as well, however you must do part of the artwork for it.) 1 Black Friday Egg for the $50 Day. If you do two sets, then you can trade both payments in for 1 Black Friday Egg for the first day!The sell out bonus will work the same as it has been: should your set sell out on day 1 (November 17th) you get a bonus of $75, day 2 (November 18th) is $50 and day 3 (November 19th) is $25.

For those of you who haven't been around for this before, and those of you who are Pool Party Professionals, I'll be listing out all the rules and bonuses, as well as setting up the threads that have everything compiled for easy reference!
This year we have also introduced a PPP F.A.Q. to answer those questions that pop up frequently!
ALL BREEDINGS PRIOR TO JULY 1ST 2023 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PPP PERKS.
PENDANTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERKS. HALF COINS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
This event will run from July 1st, 2023 until September 30th, 2023. That gives you three months to work and design as many predictions you possibly can! The goal of this event is to ease up some of the more backed up queues, so the queues that need a little extra love will receive the most bonuses.
- The Prediction Caps are being temporarily removed for all coins during this time!
- Any artist that makes a prediction can enter themselves into a raffle by posting in the Artist Raffle Thread
- All edit percentages are "loose" for this event only, so we will not get up in your business if you submit a 50% breeding and it is 57%. If you have a 50% breeding and we can't tell what species it is, then we might have a problem.
- Remember! Predictions can be done for USD however if they are not Platinum Breeding Coin, Scribble Coin, or Sketch Breeding Coin predictions they must go through the Commission Panel!
RULES
All predictions must have the PSD attached in order to qualify for this event. Breeding rules still apply! If you bought a breeding slot for only one baby, please ensure that you have the owners permission before making extra baby predictions! If someone violates this they may have their baby deleted without refund. Please include "Prediction Pool Party" in your breeding notes, or predictions and breedings will be processed as normal! All artists must have a forum for their sales thread in our new Prediction Pool Party Subforum. The only exception is if you are just doing your own predictions.Now onto the part we are all very excited for: the coin-specific bonuses!

Blind Dates allow up to 75% edits, Delicious Eggnogs allow up to 50% edits. With permission from the other pet's owner you can upload a second baby! You must include the PM ID in the breeding notes. Both coins have a 20% chance for a rare, Nogs are allowed the same rares as Blind Dates. Please PM Brad (#2575) for the rolls. All babies act as if a Painted Bottle is attached attached. You may replace 1 baby with any base from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016) All breedings can act as if there is a Basic Edit Randomizer attached. Prompts must be rolled by Brad (#2575).Please read the Knowledge Base Article about Blind Dates for information about Blind Date and Eggnog predictions.
All babies act as if they have a Hybrid Genetics Kit or a Genetics Kit attached. You may choose any base from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016) The edit percentage for predictions is also being raised to 50%. All babies act as if they have a Painted Bottle attached, so you can color the baby however you see fit. Every breeding will act as if it has a Basic Edit Randomizer. Prompts must be rolled by Brad (#2575). PM Brad (#2575) for a 10% chance of getting a rare hybrid and a 5% chance at a 50% edited Alt Neura after the breeding is completed (So an additional super rare baby on top of your others). These rolls are *per* predict breeding not offspring.If submitted before December 31st 2021 - 50% chance of a rare hybrid instead of 10% and a 10% Neura chance. The edit percentage for predictions is 75% instead of 50%.
All breedings act as if there is a Basic Edit Randomizer attached (Prompts must be rolled). All breedings act as if there is a Painted Bottle attached. All breedings act as if there is a Hybrid Genetics Kit attached.Breeding Coins grant an extra baby as well as increased edit percentages:

If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016)

Every Evil Breeding Coin will produce 1 extra baby (for a total of 2 offspring, 1 50% and 1 30%)Please PM Brad (#2575) with any questions about Evil predictions!
1 extra baby per breeding The breeding is treated as if there is a paint bucket or painted vial attached. 5% chance of a Squishy/Sariforme roll. Can use a base from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016) Hybrids produce 2 offspring, no roll is needed You may use one edit from the PLBC edit packs on each offspringPlease PM Kandria (#293) for LBC rolls!
Every breeding has two babies! You can decide whether you would like either: two mutants; or one mutant and one metal. You may choose common/uncommon/raw/trinket/token or hybrid as your normal offspring without a roll. You will still need to PM Alana (#70812) for Squishy/Sariforme/Ultra-rare rolls. Up to 8 additional site pets that you own may be included in mutant creation for a total of 10 parents. If you decide to use more than 2 parents in your mutant, you may use medium sized body parts rather than a major body part from each parent. This means instead of using an entire leg, torso, head, etc. from each parent you may use paws, ears, eyes, etc. You must include the URL to each site pet parent in the breeding notes! You must also attach a separated PSD if you use more than 2 parents. You may choose any of the following bases from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016)Any RBC breedings that were eligible for the Radioactive Rodeo (submitted on May 13th 2023 or earlier) may use hue-sliding in the creation of their mutants! If you use hue-sliding, you must include a separated PSD.
Additionally, there is a 50% chance that Rodeo-compatible breedings have a third offspring. This third baby can be either a mutant or a metal! PM Alana (#70812) for a third offspring roll.

All breedings act as if they have a Basic Edit Randomizer attached. Can use a base from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. Painted Metal Breeding Coins and Painted Lesser Breeding Coins grant an extra baby. PMBC grants 3 babies for married pairs. This stacks with Painted Eggs, Twins, and any other compatible breeding addon, however you must provide all babies and you lose out on the site-provided baby! Can use a base from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016)Please contact Kandria (#293) with any questions about Painted Predictions!
Rusted Breeding Coins allow an extra baby No matter what 2 pets you breed you can choose your Trash Hybrid! Can use a base from the PSD Pool. If you use one of these bases, you must indicate where to find the base in the breeding notes. (ie: Scav 2013 Genus, RCC July 2016)Please contact Kandria (#293) with any questions about Rusted predictions!
Sketch Breeding Coins with a Derpy Dragon/Gradient Gargoyle permit a 3rd additional baby with 10% edits. The "founders" must remain metal however! All breedings may link a 3rd parent in the notes -- 3rd and 4th if a Platinum DNA is attachedPlease contact Kandria (#293) if you have any questions about Sketch predictions!
With Platinum Breeding coin you are guaranteed a secondary baby with no edits without attaching a life seed!Please contact Brad (#2575) if you have any questions about Platinum Breeding Coin Predictions!
Transitional Fossil Egg, Alidae Egg, and Dragon Lotus allow 75% edits, or two babies with 75% edits if you use a Grand Edit Potion.
