Site Update
Have you felt like it has been getting colder while adventuring in the Arctic? Maybe you have even heard some bells jingling in the distance while perusing the shops? Aymas is on its way, and quicker than you may think! If you are feeling creative, head on over to the Aymas 2016 Pet Submissions thread! Even if it may be warm where you are, don't be afraid to throw some snow and scarves around!
Note: You can now choose between receiving a Custom Crystal or Custom Orb when reaching certain prize tiers. You must specify in your post if you'd like the Custom Orb, as prizes will default to the Custom Crystal otherwise. This is to help ensure that the payment process remains smooth.
Don't forget to check out the previous news post as well, as it has some important information!

Holidays are coming...

Since it's taking forever and a day to get through the common holiday customs (Candy Cane and Orange), it's been decided that we're going to do them the old fashioned way - comparison and estimation - to empty the queues.
This means that any custom obtained from those queues from this post onward cannot be used as personal proof for further submission of those lines to normal queues.
We're hoping this will help buck the queues up a little and release several hundred customs back to people.

Unus Event Finale Update

This is just a small update to let everyone know that the Unus Event Wrap Up & Winner's News post will be coming soon. We apologize for the delay, we didn't plan on there being this long of a wait for users to get a final word. We had to wait for the item art to be finished, as many of the prizes are inspired by the winning team (so the event had to finish first). Additionally, we felt it was better to also have all the prizes sent out at one time, instead of over a period of days, so that way if there was a problem, we'd be able to know right away.
So we ask that you remain patient just a bit more, and we thank you for your patience thus far! We can't wait to share the prizes with you guys!

If you have ever wanted your own Melo figurine, then act quickly because this sale is only going on until Thursday 24th 10:59 PM. Anyone in the US who purchases $35 worth of GP/USD Items, and sends me a PM with a screenshot of their payment and their address, will get a free Physical Melo Figurine! Anyone international has this option as well, however it costs $40 for you, sorry! (Limit: 1 Per Transaction)

Part two of our update is all about Black Friday! We have adjusted the times again due to how many amazing sets we have gotten and the user feedback about missing the $25 day!

The main Black Friday sale will run Thursday night into Friday, Saturday and Sunday (24th-27th), however the Teos will be available for the special Black Friday Credit for 4 days!
Friday for $100, Saturday for $75, Sunday for $50, and Monday for $25. Then on Tuesday if there are any left, they will be available for the normal Bonus Credit.
For anyone not used to how this works, the special Black Friday Credit is earned *only* with purchases bought during the main Black Friday sale. So previous spending do not count towards Teo eggs.
We are going to allow spending to begin an hour early, as it helped the site quite a bit last time. The sale will go live at 11:00 PM on Thursday the 24th, however you will not be able to use your Charcoal Teo Eggs until Midnight.

A Few Quick Custom Things
Pets
1. If you have a crystal check link the crystal check.
A pet with a crystal check is likely to be accepted faster than other pets because the work has already been done. This will also avoid percentage disputes if you have a ruling that differs in any small (or rarely large) way from what you've been told. It takes two moments for you to paste it in, and collectively saves me hours.
Artists, if you CC your design please give your purchasing users the link. Only yourself, the helper that responded, or an admin can read it but it makes my life easier and your customers happier!
2. If you use a repository design (especially Scarls) please link those too!
In fact, just saying you got it from "Scarl page 5" would narrow it down and get your design back really quickly. Sadly there's a LOT of them to wade through every time I think one is familiar!
3a. I will always courtesy kick if your item is too high for the design.
You don't have to ask, it will always happen. If you just want your pet and don't care if you're using a GCO for a Bronze pet then please feel free to say so in your notes. Otherwise it will always be returned.
3b. If I've courtesy kicked please let me know in notes when you resubmit.
This makes sure we don't have a back and forth where you keep submitting it and I keep sending it back. Sadly as much as I'd like to remember every custom I see... I see a lot and might have rejected others on the same or similar lines very recently too.
Just a few things I thought of while I was doing the queues today. Helping me helps all of you too, and a couple of small changes to how you submit pets could mean dozens more pets being accepted every day ^^
