Lesser Breeding Pendant
You might have noticed that your silver paws amount now links to the SP Shop. By Friday it should be fully functional and all contests will be awarded with SP. To celebrate the coming of the SP Shop, I'm giving away an LBP. LBPs are re-usable LBCs that allow you to breed two pets of the same species every month.
To enter this contest, please post about two pets that are mated (either both yours, or one is yours and one is a friend's) and how they met!

Riezar (2383) and his husband, who is a currently nameless character (42991) :B. The two of them essentially met through work. As they are both dark mages (However weak), they are allowed to live in a town run by a group known as the Sinniht, made up of entirely dark mages. The 6 leaders of the Sinniht are the leaders of this town. Rie came to the town through being discovered as a weak dark mage and then afterward offered a janitorial job for one of the leaders. The other dude was pretty much born into the area, and eventually found a job as a chef working for the same leader. The two talked as much as necessary at first, though soon both of them started to develop ~feelings~ for the other. After a while they both decided to just give it a go and see how it all went. Then a few years later they get married (Or rather, ~Civil Partnership'd~. The term is so silly :B).

Aoi and Speckle (Both are mine and are Gaels) are mates. Aoi found Speckle while exploring one day. He had a Clover stone with him so he knew that he would find the perfect mate sooner or later. Speckle teases and nags Aoi about his fighting skills but loves to go exploring with him. Aoi just takes Speckles criticism and is very protective of Speckle. They were pretty much meant to be together. :) A very sweet couple.

EdwinDane was out walking along the road one day when MarianEliza came flying by. She slowed down to check him out and saw that he was carrying a basket. "What's in the basket?" she asked him, and he told her that he had fresh strawberries that he was carrying home to eat with dinner. He let her sample a few, and they talked for awhile. They found that they were both interested in gardening (no surprise since they are vynes) and flying (again no surprise since they are winged). EdwinDane invited MarianEliza home to dinner, and they enjoyed themselves so much that they soon became a couple and had two beautiful daughters.

One day, Akemi (#25353) was sitting on the couch watching reruns of the Golden Girls (which one of his lairmates had just happend to have left on). Akemi, of course, wasn't really paying attention because he was musing about reincarnation or some other junk that is SRS BIZNIS, yes? So Peraibo (#7242), who was very, very bored at the time, walks by and sees the pretty little melo sitting on the couch and decides to plop down next to him. The two then proceeded to have a very serious conversation about card games, confetti, and those silly blankets with the sleeves, followed by Peraibo convincing Akemi to give him a date because Peraibo is just that good. And then magic happened. XP

They met by chance, one of those encounters made so simple through the brush of arms in a crowded street. Two strangers that, in any other circumstances may not have said a word, though locked gazes sparked a strange curiosity. Anna Lee and Delicia met on a crisp winter evening, the former prowling the streets for a possible catch, a lonely young lady to woo and entice with her talents and stories of the war she served in years ago. The latter’s need for company stirred deep within her, though having long given up the prospect of companionship from failure and heartbreak. There was warmth between the two women, two people that yearned for trust, honesty, for an ounce of normalcy. Delicia was her muse, her innocent butterfly straight from fairy tales, and Anna Lee her strength, her confidence reborn through whispered words of love, love, love.

well, heres mine.the two pets are #899, linnea, a plasma soli, and #102172, saphira,an Iridescent Shieldtail Soli. one day, saphira headed down to the nearby river, where she frequantly swam.she really enjoyed swimming, because it helped her relax.well, she was about 10 feet from the river, when she noticed that there was another soli swimming there already.she decided that as long as they where swimming together, she might as well strike up a conversation.so they introduced themselves, and they started to discuss thing's, such as taste in music and such, and noticed that they had some things in common.they became good friends, and swam together very often.
i dont really expect to win, because im not really a good writer, but i thought id give it a shot, cause i want an LBP so bad.i figured it couldnt hurt to write a story.well, thanks for this.
