Thanks for being with us, BJ!
BJ has stepped down from staff due to RL business. Thanks for giving us your time and talents for the almost-year long period you were with us :)
For your reference, guys, here are how her tasks were divided:
CUSTOMS - Aetheria now does custom uploading.
PET SUGGESTIONS - Pet Suggestions accepting is headed by Mauri.
COLORATION PAY - User artist copy and pay is handled by Visark.
CONTESTS - Xaoc contest is handled by Erienne.
As always, you can view the STAFF page at the bottom of the page.
I would also like to remind you that if you have items or pets ever missing, please use the REPORT link at the bottom of the page and assign the report as necessary. That way, Yasu can address those directly without having to dig through the forums. In your report, provide information on what item is missing, how many, and what happened that made the item go missing.
You can also use the REPORT link for other concerns you might have.

New Game + Silvers
Site Update
New Game: Snake
As you may have noticed, we're slowly drifting into the realm of flash games. :D Our first flash game (Snake) is on the Game List and completely un-beautiful, but still functional, so you can earn BP from it. We should be updating the art so it's indeed beautiful later this week.
Also, there has been a new News type added - "New Game." If you want alerts for when the news is updated with a new game, add this news type to your User Settings.
Silvers get back a feature!
You can now get free custom silver pet art if you send your Silver Custom Crystal to me (user #1). The art will be the same style and quality as the image above. :)
To take advantage of this offer, all you have to do is send me your crystal, then a description of your silver pet. I will relay that to the artist, then send the image to you for confirmation. After you confirm, I will upload it for you.
EDIT: Originally had it as 100 GP, but forgot Silvers exist in inventories. :p Wouldn't want those to be useless, huh? So I guess it doesn't matter what you paid for it.

TOS Updates + 9,000 users + Rune Summon
Rules
Hello folks,
First of all, we have made some minor changes to the TOS. These two clauses are now in it:
SITE RULE: You will not attempt to solicit boyfriends or girlfriends anywhere on the Aywas.com site.
Users under 18 section: Please report any instances of "any attempt to solicit a minor by an adult."
This is a good time to remind all of you about how these rules work. If you ever feel harassed or uncomfortable due to the way someone is treating you - for example, an adult is coming onto you and you are under 18 - please, please report this to a staff member so we can investigate it. We want the game to be completely safe for everyone, and will not tolerate someone making any of our users feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

August Pets

Hello my friends, here is some news for you. I released the august pets. The August 2010 Potion is in existence and ready to buy at 5 GP, but seems to be erroring on me. OTL It'll get fixed soon.
Cash Shop Pets:
You'll notice something different. They are all in the cash shop at 8 GP, or you can gamble for your favorite one using the potion (potion includes BP shop pets).
BP Shop pets:
You'll notice one other BP Shop pet in there, the most expensive and therefore the BP Shop August 2010 pet.
The species is called a Maki. If you want to make any custom ones, these are governed under Custom Crystals.
