Rules
Some new rules have been added to the TOS. Most of them are common sense, and have been outlined below:
- we do not release any personal information except in the case of requirement by law, to protect ourselves or other similar sites against individuals who commit phishing, hacking, or other such illegal behavior, or in the case of a payment reversal
- if a user is banned, they cannot come back on a shared account or register for a new account without administrator permission nor are they allowed to access or utilize any Aywas assets, such as pet PSDs or pet images
- if an account allows a banned user onto it without written permission from an admin, that will be considered a violation of the TOS
- any attempts at hacking, phishing, or otherwise unauthorized access will be met with a permanent ban, a report to the user's ISP, and a report to the authorities
- the section on "forum reputation" was removed because we have no reputation system here :p (though we did in alpha!)

Awesome lets hope they do something! My bf reported to him a few months ago because he was scammed 1500 dollars...they have not gotten back to him yet .-. .
