Sand dollars and the finned pets will be around until midnight tonight (when the 4th starts). I tweaked some settings in Explore so you may find them easier to find now.

I couldnt even find one. My birthday is march 2 so I couldnt be on the computer much that day and I thought the sanddollars was only available on that day. I wasnt able to be on much on march 3 either and then it got so late I had to go and sleep.
I have never been lucky. :(
