We're working on fixing the problem. Don't touch any of the items or BP until the fix is over; it shouldn't take long.
EDIT: BP, shop stock, the auctions themselves, and inventories will be restored to where they were around 9:30 AM.
1:43 PM: Server company still hasn't gotten us the backups yet. You'll be alerted here when we have restored the site to 9:30 AM.

But the only unfair thing about it is time. I did wake up early and the auctions did end at that certain time. If its redone now, (around mid noon with more people online) I will have a lesser chance of winning what I originally won.

And thats what really sucks about this glitch. It will cause heartbreak and nothing more.
But the thing is it is EXTRA unfair to the people who won.

Like, I've wanted a Vion since when I joined in May. Today was my opportunity, and I had a huge thrill when I won. The glitch ripped it out of my hands...

Do we know when this will be fixed? I'm getting itchy fingers eying that 1mil BP. I'll probably lose down Aywas 'til it's fixed so I don't cause a problem.

Look... it's not the staff's fault the glitch happened, and they're just trying to find the most efficient way to fix it. Yes, some people /may/ lose things, but there will be another chance. This is not the first, or last, time they will be having item auctions. ^^
