They don't go away permanently, they're just hidden for battle so people can't spy on your pets.

I'm said I can't use my explorer boy because he's a custom, he's a vampire though lolol, it would have totally fit D; levels and stuff of the pets count right? Would it benefit to train them before entering them/can you train them while they're in battle/etc.? -Ire

Do we lose the pets we register? I put one in and noticed it's not in my cave anymore o.o
