Hi guys! Here's something I've been thinking about: many of you seem to really dislike the phanto, and I'd like to ask: why? Is it because it's not animal-enough? What about the design or pet in general do you dislike?
We have been considering changing the phanto into a ghost dog-like sort of thing (not necessarily a dog, but a ghost quad). Would you like the phanto more this way? Do you prefer it the way it is now? We want you to be happy!

I love them the way they are, but more colours would be a plus to get people more interested in them again :3

They are alright, but I can't tell you if i would like the quads more because I don't know what they would look like.

I wouldn't say make it a dog, but give it more of a muzzle so it looks more like an animal/monster sort of thing and less like a weird human-baby-ghost thing. And more hints of... body parts. Make the hair not so big and give it more foot/claw-looking things rather than flippers. Heck, maybe give it horns or little protrusions on the back of the head... then people could interpret them as either horns, so it was an imp/monster, or as ears, so it would be more of a dog-ghost. Make the face a little scarier--give it teeth or something, so it looks menacing rather than just sort of punchably smug. Also, the proportions need a changing--there aren't a lot of lines on them. The only big mass is the hair, which a lot of people want to change, and that tends to push it pretty high on the editing scale.

That said, when I joined the Phanto was one of my favorite pets. I loved that it came in so many fantasy colors. People tend to forget about them now that there are so many other shiny pets, though. They need more colors for people to remember they exist, and people don't make new colors since they don't remember it... the new hybrid should remedy this a bit, and new art will kick some new life into them (both with shiny new art and the inevitable flood of colors that comes with a revamp). I think they could use a minor tweaking, but I wouldn't recommend a full-scale revamp into another little fluffy thing.

I like the line art on the phantos, with the exception of that half angry smirking mouth. I'd like to see different colorations, though. I know there are several phantos I have never wanted simply because I really dislike the coloration.

I agree with kai. The Phanto is good as it is. there just seems to be much fewer colorations that the other standard pets. you arent going to make e1 happy by keeping it as is , or changing it. give it some attention and it'll prolly pick up a bit.
