The venue was now unrecognizable in its current finished state. What once had started off as a humble room lacking even tables and chairs, now was not only adorned with furnishings and food, but music and magic. Floating candles hung in various areas around the ballroom, giving a soft inviting ambient glow. Cold embers from the faerie lights drifted in the air, illuminating the most charming of the decorations - the magical waterfall. The water's source appeared from nowhere, but seemingly endless as it filled a small pond now located in the ballroom. A brilliant chandelier hung over the dance floor.
Minerva smiled at the decorations, seemingly everything coming out far better than even she had anticipated. Rowan looked as though she had stars in her eyes, simply in awe of how beautiful everything was turning out.
It was truly a spectacular feat of design, but more than that, it was slowly becoming perfect.
Rowan pulled out a small notebook, and scratched off another 'challenge'. Minerva glanced over, attempting to peek to see what all remained. Rowan closed it with satisfaction. All that was left, of course, was dressing the brides. "No peeking!" Rowan joked.
"It isn't peeking if it's part of a planned and coordinated event." Minerva posted as a counterpoint. But she had already figured that likely it was getting themselves ready for the event. Dresses, make-up, getting their hair done...
It is clear what must be done to help the two brides out!
"By the way, we have 'yeeted' anyone who hasn't been participating thus far!" Rowan announced, pumping a fist into the air.
"Rowan... Please never say that again," Minerva cringed, gently pulling Rowan's arm back down to her side.
As Rowan mentioned, all users who have not contributed for the duration of the event to this point have been removed from your teams. It seemed there may have been some confusion after the previous news post, so hopefully this will clear it up: as long as everyone is contributing, it should be easy for your team to make it to the next color!
You will have until 6:30 PM AST on April 19th to accumulate points for your team for this challenge.

two questions!
1: is it possible that next time we do an event like this, points are a one to one ratio instead of being weighted? i know that seems like it would be more fair, but that's only in the ideal world where everyone on the team pulls their weight. no matter the circumstances preventing a player from being unable to help, it has the same effect on the rest of the team, making it harder. it also makes it so the team with more players has to keep pushing much harder to maintain a lead -- everyone's calculations were "this is what we need IF the other team stops earning points", which, why would they stop earning points? for rowan's team, all they had to do is have a bigger number. for minerva's, they had to have a bigger number PLUS a significant lead. ideally weighting the points would be fair, but it makes the bigger team have to put in significantly more effort, which just doesn't work.
2: i remember staff mentioning that each round would take into consideration the performance of each team in the previous round -- did that come into effect, or was that shelved? it's hard to tell, since rowan has won each round so far.

1. We are taking into account all of the feedback we're getting and will be using it to change how events in the future work! This was a new way of trying it for us, so, we're definitely learning along with you all how this is going as well! We were under the impression it would be a fun new way, but didn't take into account people not participating/participating very little/etc. So I can't say for SURE if we won't use this method in the future (with some tweaking, of course) but I can tell you we are taking everyone's feedback into account (staff plans events together).
2. We have been changing up how many snapdragons are needed to progress in each round based on how users are doing in the previous rounds, so we are taking performance into consideration! (I can tell you it's become significantly easier to get to the next color since the first round began).

Yes, I would have agreed with @#1599. I just ranted shock about being dropped without an obvious warning in the rant topic it does explain what's been going on in, my case.

I don't have the current location "unlocked" does that mean I can't get them if I don't have 500k BP or can't afford actual money for the ones people are actually selling for GP (really, guys?) Aka will the snapdragons be available in more than one location ?
