Hello!
This is a friendly reminder not to e-mail in your PSDs.
The e-mail is no longer in use, we are still attempting to move the literal thousands of PSD e-mails into the drive and are not processing new e-mails.
If you need a PSD attached to a pet please use:
The Gen2+ PSD upload Thread.
You can attach Gen1 PSDs yourself.
If you need a PSD fetched from the drive or e-mail:
Please use PSD fetch.
Artists do not have access to the e-mail. If you put in the notes that you have e-mailed in the PSD, that is useless to the artist as they do not have access.
If you believe you may have e-mailed a PSD into the site and would like it to be moved to the drive, please PM Kita #3988 with the Pet's ID and she will look into it and move it if need be.
I would also appreciate any help in finding any areas of the site that still say to e-mail in a PSD so we can get that changed and not spread misinformation!

Kita (#3988) I heard that this page is being reworked, but this page which can be found through the Newbie Tutorial and then through Breeding Guide has multiple instances of referring to the email. Hope it's ok to ping you here.

No problem! The second page still says "Please include the Pet's ID# and your own ID# somewhere in the message. It's helpful to label the PSD with your pet's ID, but not necessary so long as it's mentioned in the subject line or body of the email."
