Everyone is probably getting tired of me by now but I am still hiring GP or Credit paid artists for the following teams:

Holiday Breeding Coin

I am happy to announce that the Metal Breeding Coin queue has 48 Breedings, and the Rusted Breeding Coin queue has 26 breedings! We have taken quite a chunk out of it in the past few weeks and I am so thankful to my artists for their fantastic work!

If you are interested in a breeding team position and would like to apply please PM Kita #3988 with the message title being the coin you are applying for and your username (Ex. "LBC Application - Kita")
Please see this forum to find the applications for each team.
Please include whether you have been on a breeding team before, even if it was temporary!
You are also welcome to PM me using examples from already completed predictions, practice pairs, or edit examples (in the case of coins that require artists to draw new edits) instead of filling out the application on the threads.

Below are the payment options and list deadlines for each team:
Breeding Coins, Holiday Breeding Coins, and Evil Breeding coins:
Lists of artist choice number of babies in 14 days.
30 GP per 30% edited baby and 40 GP per 50% edited baby or
45 Credit per 30% edited baby and 60 Credit per 50% edited baby
Lesser Breeding Coin
Lists of artist choice number of babies in 10 days.
10 GP per baby or
15 Credit per baby
Radioactive Breeding Coin
Lists of 10 babies in 10 days
Lists of 20 babies in 10 or 20 days (artist choice)
List of 30+ babies in 20 days (artist choice as long as it is an increment of 10)
8 GP per normal baby and 4 GP per mutant baby or
12 Credit per normal baby and 6 Credit per mutant baby

I am also happy to announce that I have a new option for Breeding Coin and Holiday Breeding Coin artists!
This option is open to anyone currently on either team and also new hires!
I am going to allow artists to split lists between two artists. That means that one artist will complete all of the edits for the offspring and the other artist will complete the coloring.
List options are any size list with a 7 day deadline for each part.
That means the basing artist will have a deadline of 7 days, and the coloring artist will have a deadline of 7 days.
This option will pay 15 GP to each artist per 30% offspring and 20 GP to each artist per 50% offspring.
(You can also opt to take Credit).
Currently I am only looking to hire artists who are interested in doing the editing half of the job. If I have interest in the editing portion, I will make another news post shortly looking for colorists to pair up with the artists creating the edits!
If you are interested in this position, please message me with examples of your edits and which coin (BC, HBC, or both ;D) you are interested in applying for.
For the users who have BC and HBC breedings assigned to an artist this also means that you may notice your breeding has gone from 7 days assigned back to 0 days assigned. That just means your breeding has been assigned to a colorist and should be on its way to you shortly!
I also want to note that if you ever have an issue or question about a breeding that has been assigned for a long period of time, or a breeding that was assigned but suddenly went back down to 0 days, or became completely unassigned, please message me to ask about it! I try to process breedings and make sure everything is on time, but sometimes life gets in the way (for artists and for myself!) and it takes a few extra days (or something needs to be completely reassigned) in order to get completed!

On a serious note, it really is great to hear from the userbase when they like (even when they dislike) things that staff are doing! It's great to get feedback from you guys and little positive notes like this really help keep the wheels moving as far as motivation goes :D

In the same vein as the BC team change--would you ever consider a mutants-only RBC position? I'm not good enough at colorations to feel confident applying, but I really enjoy making mutants.

While I won't be applying, I just have to say as someone who loves editing but HATES coloring the split lists is an amazing idea.

I may in the future, but I would also need to hire people who will only color the normal RBC babies as well and I would need to make sure I had enough people willing to do normals to keep up with the people doing only mutants ^^ Right now I have a couple of mutant-only artists, but I do not plan on making it a common thing until I have more time to look into it and see if I have colorists interested (hopefully that makes sense).

Ah!!! I'd love to do coloring for BC breedings!! My anatomy isn't good enough to handle edits, but I'm pretty proud of my RBC colorings and would love the chance to branch out.
