Good evening again~ Did you miss me? It seems that the radioactive properties of the Uranium Ore has changed the Radioactive Breeding coins again! They just keep morphing... I wonder what tomorrow will bring..? Querel trails off in thought, doing a small flip in the air before suddenly jolting back, realizing he had been mid sentence, Ah! Anyways! Today until 11:59PM on December 7th any Radioactive Breeding coins that you submit have a chance for Double Mutants! Meaning every breeding has a 25% chance of getting an extra mutant baby! How fun is that? he giggles before flying off to go investigate the ore further.
We've had a few questions about our newest Genus', so Querel has made us a lovely Knowledge Base Article to help answer some questions!
Our Slashbotee Rorro (#33668) is busy helping Querel and has asked for some help in the research! Every day until the event ends a new contest will be ran and judged by them! Todays contest: Artistic RBC Shenanigans so grab those pens and get drawing!
You also probably saw the Raffles pop up, those will be running until the end of this event, December 12th, 11:59pm. As you have probably noticed some of those raffles are for Teos, this is not a typical thing done for Slashbot Slots, so this is our trial run. For future events we may not permit this. I was also asked to announce that the amazing Lerna was designed by Tyger (#54028)!

I made a pairing - thank goodness the Coin did NOT break 1st time out - and did NOT use the Ooze. So now I'm hoping for a Squishy AND a mutant. Odds are probably slim, but can't hurt to try, I guess.

I just went through 6 RBC - all broke. NOT a happy camper right now. I must have really bad luck if it is 50% :(

Yeah, my luck must be crap, right now, too, because, I just went through eight RBCs in a row. All of 'em broke. I've never had this much bad luck concerning RBCs, before...blegh.

Haru & Kylo (#46917) fun fact (maybe, i don't remember the source): iirc, "mutie" is a (fictional) derogatory word for mutants (from the marvel x-men comic books). whether or not you still would like to use the word is something i personally don't care about. I don't really read comics for starters. And I'm super behind in super here movies, haha, but if it is something that would bother you personally,I just thought you should know. If it doesn't bother you for whatever reason I wouldn't let anyone influence you to be offended mind you. x-men is pure fiction for starties and I actually think "muties" sounds cute ??? but idk if it would be something you'd be senstive too and perhaps regret if you did not find out for yourself after years of using it (no idea how long you have been using it. again. i don't care. i just thought it was interesting you used the word. as I 100% believe you did not know of this comic geek info so you don't have to worry about that xD; )

Tee Hi (#39846) caveSalamander (#64257) It won't effect it at all, the bonus is just an extra mutant baby. So if you roll a normal, you get a mutant with it.
So if your coin succeeds, no matter what you roll, you get a 25% chance for an extra mutant baby.
