This is the worst redraw I've seen. Bugs aren't supposed to be sleek and cute. The new one looks all gay and prancy, please don't change it, I'd hate to have to release all my insi:(
I say, redraw the redraw and make it look like a awesome creepy bug.

Obsidian, the artist quit. There is no redraw. It's this or nothing. And it didn't originally look much like a bug anyway. I really don't like the old Insi at all.

ChiChi, as others have mentioned, there are plenty of talented artists on Aywas that would be happy to help with edits/redraws. Obviously it's up to Slash, but I don't think it is a "This or nothing" situation.

I think the old one is cuter, would work better with most designs, and would be easier to color for a custom, but that's just me. I like the fact that the new one has shading and all. It definitely looks a bit more advanced. But couldn't we update the look while keeping the general pose and shape of the old one? That's just my two sense though. Given the option, I would (and did) vote to keep the old. I won't be upset if the new one is implemented though, of course.

I think the new line art show the poison stinger better. I like the new art. Its going to make me buy insis. I just know it. X<

I like one as much as the other for different aspects of it so I will accept if Slash does change them to the new lineart. They each have something I like.. :( Was hard choosing either lol.

Hromhrom. I want an insi redraw, and like mosst of this new design. But those big, clunky legs and hooves are seriously bugging me. [/pun] There are a number of ridiculously talented artists on Aywas that could edit the flaws that have been discussed by previous posters. I only have the most meagre resources at my disposal unfortunately, but I scribbled some redlines over yon insi to indicate the areas I do believe could be made much more snazzier: https://www.iaza.com/work/100327C/insiredraw24796.png
