Unfortunately you're not seeing things - it makes me really worried for the future of the contest... but part of me also recognises that we have a site art based contest, a prestigious user run art based event... On top of that we've got Teo prep that starts in April and runs through until release...
It's a bad time for more art contests, I guess? My real tummy wobble will be getting enough colours for votes, I think.
I just have to hope that next month I'll have loads of bases and colours to reassure me that I'm not flogging a dead llama XD;;

If i have time between work i'll definitely be looking at doing colours this month, i unfortunately can not base/line to save my life so even if i wanted to i can't submit a set to start >
