Snoodles are coming!

Site Update

The Snoodle Box is going to open...

Monday, March 28th
12:00 PM Aywas time

Hope you're ready for some noodley fun! They're a little jumbled up in the box right now, so if you've been peeking, you might need to flip through the pages to find the ones you liked before :)

Gwennafran (#22320) Nope, it's actually noon Aywas time. The time Slash posted is correct but the clock has a display glitch.

I hope it's not AM since that seems even worse. Ugh. I know there's no pleasing everyone but it would have been far better to either wait for next weekend outside of holidays or have this set up during the weekend during the holidays. Monday-Friday just doesn't seem like a good time, ever. Not with school+work being a huge deterrent.

Maybe mention in the newspost, then? :)
Almost all other events like this happens around Midnight on Aywas. Combine this with the clock display glitch, and European users like me that doesn't use the AM/PM system - and always get confused whenever something happens at 12 AM or 12 PM - and it's a recipe for misunderstandings. ;)

You do realize that there is no guarantee someone will grab one for you so it was sort of pointless for you to say that

☆Jessica☆ (#31320) What about all the people who work weekends? That's not fair on them then. Like I said, there is no pleasing everyone.

Wigglytuff (#57119) Considering the way the community banded together when the Faux Net feature went live and didn't work properly, actually I think there is a lot of point to saying it.

JAK (#15) Can we get a confirmation that where it says PM it means Afternoon time rather than Midnight? I think some people may be confused about that point.

Sporkie [LLs] (#68471) Yeah, I know. I said the same thing just a post earlier. I know you can't please everyone but a Monday that also lies on Easter Monday seems like a bad choice. Any other Monday might be more decent. Like noon or midnight is whatever. The number time is always going to be different for everyone but the DAY has the bigger effect. Easter Monday is a bad choice imo. Holiday plus the beginning of the work week = not good. Plus, it being at noon means that most people actually will be at work. We're talking a small % having the day off while the majority either sleep or are working their 9-5 shifts. It all depends on their timezone. No one is gonna be happy about it but....Easter Monday. Come on.

☆Jessica☆ (#31320) I get what you're saying, especially if it's not actually a public holiday for you. Here in the UK it is so we get the day off (unless you work in something like retail etc). Tbh, I'm not really sure if there is even such a thing as a 'good', because no matter what there will be a group of people/timezone that could miss out.
Would you suggest delaying the release by a week?

I will be grabbing my own before anything else, but I can *try* to grab a couple for some users that can't be on. If any of you want to send me a PM, I can try to work something out. c:
