With a tremendous 175,000 votes, Carolina Raptor Center catapulted to the top! They scored 4th place and managed to get the $25,000 grant!
Think about that for a second, guys. Because all of us came together and voted, a charity was awarded $25,000. That's way more than we will ever be capable of personally donating, but we still managed to make it happen. That's the unique power of a player base that cares about animals and their welfare.
Give yourselves a pat on the back, because that's amazing!

Does that mean that even though CRC didn't get 1st place we could still expect a Silver Paw balloon in the advent calendar some time ;D
I really am happy for them though. I think i contributed a few hundred (like 2-4) and it makes me so happy to know I was a part of that! ~Kat
