If you need a little pick-me-up, the Adore-a-Gram Lunaris has one final Love Letter to give you today from the Advent Calendar!

Two items have been added to the Seasonal Shop for a 24-hour stock--Breedable Potions and Divorce Papers! (The Divorce Papers will return to the SP shop after this 24-hour period.)

The Engagement Rings have been added to the USD Shop. Due to their impact on the queue and associated costs, we could not release these for points this time around, but still wanted to make them available to you. Like the two items above, these are buyable for 24 hours.

Remember that we also have limited quantity stock items coming up, as well as raffles and giveaways that will be going on throughout the day. You can check out those details here!

Also, don't forget that the Love, Aywas thread is open until February 23rd at 11:59 p.m. So if you miss getting one of the shinies you want or aren't rolling in Love Letter points, you still have a shot at something nice. :3

Best of luck!

Again bringing me back to my earlier question of why the divorce papers are so hard to get a hold of.

To everyone complaining about the engagement rings:

It was never said anywhere in the news posts that they would even be an item allowed for purchase at this event. I understand that its tradition to sell them at this time, but the black friday sales had all sorts of new and different items being sold this year, and no one complained about that.

The problem is everyone -expected- there to be engagement rings. You all spent the whole month preparing points for something that had not even a whisper of being available by any of the staff. There's still plenty of things you can spend the points on, that are well worth the cost. And some rather challenging items that you can snag if you're timely later today.

Long rant short. They're not selling for points, so get it out of your system and find something else to spend your points on. that, or just watch your points vanish in a puff of smoke in the morning.

JScofi (#49041) Oh I'm sorry, I totally missed your question! Divorce Papers are an odd item that I believe came from a user suggestion a long time ago, they just didn't get implemented until relatively recently. IIRC, they were planned to have a decent value, but because they can only be used on married pets, there doesn't need to be a huge supply of them. (I didn't price them when they were originally released in the SP shop, so I'm not sure what exactly was used to determine the price.) We're going to see how they do with this limited point release though. :3 - Eri

Should be interesting to watch then. Especially how much bp gets put into the raffle for the divorce papers that people are giving just for the -chance- to own one. though, some of that would be owning a valuable item just to re-sell it.

Unless your problem is you don't have/want to spend the money or don't have a paypal account, being in Europe isn't a reason for not getting an Engagement ring. I've been using the UK/EU buying thingy before and you generally get a response within a few hours. Also, I'm pretty sure they would allow you to buy the ring as long as your request is in before the shop closes? I've seen that happen with other events like the 5$ bonus item thing. Anyway, just wanted to let you know it should work properly for European users ;P

I have to agree with ChaosAzeroth (#43055)'s last two posts over the entire line. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for next year, and maybe save a few letters for then. Thank you for all your hard work, Eri & Dew (#17) <3

For whoever was asking about engagement ring impact on the queue - they do have a pretty decent impact :c. I'm on the PLBC team and I've had entire lists (6 babies) from only married pairs.

That means instead of making whatever profit Slash does on the PLBC coin, it's reduced by ~4$ right away when a married pet is put in the queue. With 3-5 breedings (depending on if it's a double list) that reduces profits by 12-20$ per list since you're only getting money from half the coin sales than you would otherwise (only need 5 coins to get 10 babies from married pairs).

I'm also sad that they weren't put in the shop ( I was hoping for at least 1 since I let Riri use my last one a month ago xD) but I definitely understand the reasoning behind it :c
