Don't forget to pick up a Skeleton Key from the Advent Calendar at any time on Wednesday, November 12th.
The Skeleton Key is an account-bound, one-use item.
Once you have a key, you can visit the Treasure Chest page here. Using the key to unlock a chest will grant you one random prize from a pool of Halloween goodies, including some exclusive pets, and if you're really lucky, maybe something extra shiny like a Glittering Rock or even a Design Ticket!
Again, as long as you have a Skeleton Key, you will be able to open a chest.
There are more than enough prizes for everyone because we are using a chance-based script, rather than putting in a fixed number of all items/pets, and your key can be used at any time. You'll probably get the most enjoyment out of your prize sooner rather than later, though!
If everything goes well, you might see a return of a similar feature during December for our winter holidays. :3 So I hope you enjoy!

After spending a day trying to think positively about my prize, i can't. I would have appreciated the green herb potion before i spent heaps of bp making those during halloween.

I got a Halloween pumpkin. How is that of any use is the shop is already closed, and I can't use it? I dont mean to complain, the idea is awesome, but maybee it should be items that are actually useful. :(

A bit disappointed with the chest I would have rather picked out the one item I wanted then been rewarded with a potion I had no interest in, that was also stocked in the halloween shop. I should have just sold the key and then bought that tavi.

Since everyone is using this thread for feedback - I also agree it should either be a much larger chance of getting one of the unique pets, or the keys shouldn't be account-bound next time so that those of us who don't enjoy gambling can just sell ours.

They said its account locked. Apparently read very well. Guys, they can always do a raffle with halloween pumpkins not spent... We all know some of us still have them. Only thing I have to complain about is the timing and the negitive feedback for what was said to be a test. Understandably, I read about what happend, but holding a grudge isn't going to do much but make them not want to do this again. Never would think Aywas people being ungreatful for a test? Sure, some of it is good, some, not so, but in the end, tests are needed to be made before they actually mess with coding/items in bulk.

I usually try to stay positive on things here but... I like the general idea behind this feature, but the timing wasn't the best. I assume it's partly as more of a test run for the coming Christmas festivities (which will hopefully have this sort of thing happen DURING the even like some other people said so the items aren't useless until next year and such). But I do agree that after the build up from the previous posts about it, they made it sound like there would be more interesting or rare prizes. I feel like after the whole Bumble Dinnerware thing (first irritating SO many users by making everyone believe that someone is spamming them, and then "haha guess what it was the staff all along and now we're going to dangle Xaoc potions etc. in your faces that are impossible to obtain") this is kind of like SECOND slap to the face.
