Dawn Crystals
Due to some miscommunications about what a Dawn Crystal can and cannot do,
a new Knoweldgebase Article has been made to try and clarify the item's powers.
Please note that this article details clarifications and changes that are being put into effect immediately.
HA Mannequins
A Knowledgebase Article with a .ZIP download of mannequin pieces - like the bust shown above - has been made available for free use within Aywas.com.
Everything from full body to individual pieces are available in both male and female, and in black and white!

Aww, so sad about the fact we won't be able to switch the lineart of site pets anymore. Can we still do that using custom creators?

Konoi (#41060) - Yes, you'll still be able to use normal custom creators to make pets based on site colourations, for example you could colour a Lepu like a Twilight Web Maki and upload it with an Orb custom creator.

That I know, but for example turn... lets say... A new line jackal melo into alt line jackal melo using a regular crystal (that would be bronze or blue)

I have a question. If I use a Dawn Crystal, will my pet's page reflect that? Like, show it as the creator, take off previous names, and reset its age?

@ Konoi #41060 - all site color designs remain "public domain" for use on Aywas, as they've always been - you're free to create pets that copy their designs as much as you want with regular custom creation items, or seasonal creators if they're from the Spooky Forest/Holiday Lane releases.
@ Flann (#63235) - As of this posting, there are no custom creation / modification items that will add an edit to an existing pet, short of re-uploading it with an appropriate custom creator.
@ Engel (#4812) - Yes, Dawn Crystals should show up as the Origin for customs they modify. It will not remove previous owners or change the pet's age.

(Orange/Candy Cane pets still have to fall into 50% edits or less for designs being recreated from an appropriate site color.)
