well, this is a much better idea. I'd seen three teos pass by and tried to claim them before being told i wasn't the owner of them.
Will you disqualify those who've picked up the teos you already handed out? or are they eligible for teos in this event as well?

Yes, the people who already got a teo will be disqualified since you shouldn't be getting a second one by adoption center rules. If you post more than once and it ends up in the 19 the extras will just be skipped, it won't disqualify you.
