Hmm, maybe it has to do with this little guy, Dafad... I wonder what he's doing here?
It seems Viridian (#597) has the answer!
'Dafad' is the Welsh for 'Sheep', and this little guy is here to celebrate 'St. Davids Day' with your HA. St. David (or Dewi Sant in Welsh) is the patron saint of Wales and is celebrated on March 1st every year in our country. To celebrate, we usually dress our children (and some adults) across the nation in our national costume while the rest of us wear daffodils, leeks or various forms of the Welsh Dragon (three of our national emblems) in recognition of the day. Confused about why 'Dafad' has been used? Sheep are our 'unofficial' national emblem too!
Viridian has asked I pop this in Trash For Treasure for St. David's Day. It will cost you 15 Trash Points, and will be available from 00:01am AST until 11:59pm AST on the 1st March.

Bwahahaha! I totally read that as 'Sheepy', not 'Sleepy', Eveglori! XD *shakes head at Astra* We dress as sheep ALL the time, silly! :P Nah, wish we did though - It'd be sooo fluffy! Although I actually like our (real) National dress (just dont tell my kids!). - V
