Does it take awhile? I just purchased 50 GP, with an awesome coupon and I only got 10 bonus GP, which im guessing is 5 for the regular bonus and 5 for the awesome coupon. So I didnt get the 50% extra...also I thought that if I buy 50 or more I get a Painted Lesser Breeding Coin? Im guessing those get passed out by hand later

MrsBarker: you need to buy the PLBC yourself. xD It's a separate buy for 11.99$ and doesn't come with GP purchases, sadly.
