No, you just need to be an artist experienced with breeding work / customs.

Oooh, good luck to those who apply!
I'm sure some hopeful breeding artists could use a little extra USD and get that breeding queue emptied out at the same time. Happy Aywas users, happy admins, happy artists with money, hopefully. It's a win-win!
