Site Update
There are two new pet profile features that have us staff critters really excited!
First, custom pet origins. From this point forward, when you create a pet through the custom pet feature, the origin will log what item was used to make it. It also logs whether it was made in Custom Adventure and displays that.
Second, previous owners. This section logs the previous owners of a pet and displays how they've been transferred.
These will be great helps to the moderation team and we hope you enjoy them too!

Yay, I'm so excited to see this feature! :D I already take personal notes like that for my customs anyways, but it will be nice to not have to do it by hand anymore!

While I like this feature, is it the reason my customs say The Male Moonbeam melo. When its a custom melo O.O my cerby says that to, but Cerby, instead of Melo.

Custom Adventure is a new feature that is currently being tuned up that allows players to create their own adventure area (for a 5 GP fee), stock it with custom pets of their own making, and charge an entrance fee (50/50 split between the owner of the area and the site on fees collected) to allow other players to catch those custom pets.
These new tracking features are part of the preparation for Custom Adventure going live to the whole site, since one of the concerns we had was that players might mistake CA pets for unique customs.

Hrm, not sure I'm keen on the previous owners thing. Handy I'll agree -especially if you need to retract someone, annoying though to have to see name and link. I also noticed the new feature in the pound, now it says who abandoned what pet.
