Welcome to the Cupcake Carnival!
A delicious fair has come to the world of Ay and Ara with the magic of a Slashbot and sprinkles of love from Loverly & Tenchi555 (#426).
Please stop by the Advent Calendar tomorrow (July 8th) to pick up your souvenir Carnival Snowglobe in honor of the carnival's kickoff!
Your goal is to collect as many Cupcake Tokens as you can while the carnies are in town!
These tokens are account-bound points that you will encounter in random piles of 1-10 in all Adventure regions.
These tokens will be used to purchase some fun fair goodies in the Seasonal Shop. The shop isn't open just yet, but in the meantime you can use it to see how many Cupcake Token points you have accumulated. :3
It appears that some cupcake ingredients have spilled out on the carnival trail!
You will run into gourmet cooking ingredients, collectables, and some hunger/energy foods in the Bridge, Seaside, East River and West River. The gourmet recipes are going through some last minute tweaks in the kitchen, so we will let you know when you can put your cooking skills to the test!
The three items above (Rainbow Sprinkles, Frosted Corndog Muffins, and Dead Fish in a Bag) are the only ones you will encounter that are not ingredients for a gourmet recipe.
It looks like the Cupcake Carnival has attracted some fair-loving pets, too!
There are 8 pets to find in each of the following areas for a total of 32: Bridge, Seaside, East River and West River.
The Cupcake Tokens, items and Adventure pets will be available through July 14th at 11:59 p.m.
(We will be watching item drops to see if any adjustments need to be made.)

Let the Cupcake Carnival festivities begin!

Ahhh just hit 3600 Tokens 8D Also, for anyone trying to get to the Seaside, I'm here to let you know you do NOT get it by going through the Rainforest, but from the Wasteland (which is a free-to-access area). I made that mistake and spent all day working from West River only to find that it was completely pointless <.

Man I would love a couple more days, my aynip won't be regenerated by the 14th and I only have two pets left to grab.

is anyone having problems with pets in west river? i'm only coming across the gummy melos.

Erithan I had to use aynip to find anything other than the drylis and gummy melo in west river and I can't seem to find the cherry drizzle maki or sundae shen on the bridge at all.

Yes I'm have a problem coming across any pets in the west river and my aynip doesn't regenerate for another few days, not sure how I'm going to get the rest.

I managed to get all of the pets and get the ones my sister needed for her... but I have 13 Aynip xI It took my ALL of that 13 to get my 32 pets plus the 9 she needed (the Shen alone took me 6 Aynip), and that was after using 5 tiny glittering rocks on my favorites and exploring my butt off to find a few of the pets before my Aynip regenerated. I have to say, the pets are just slightly difficult to find. Of course I loved the event, I managed to collect myself over 7000 cupcake tokens because of my unhealthy addiction ;D I just think the date may need to be extended a little for those who aren't as obsessive as me (that would mean those with lives xD)
