Site Update
I was just informed that our script to remake missing accounts is now complete, so we're going to be going through the missing account e-mails and start reconstructing them (starting tomorrow, after our weekly backup is completed, to make sure there are no issues during it). Waiting for the script to be completed was stressful for both us and you, and we're happy to be able to re-invite those players back in and be able to accept new accounts soon as we're done.
Also, if you have a lair with too many pets and not enough pet slots, you can visit your lair to have that issue autocorrected. There are still other issues for us to fix and we'll start brainstorming solution to them as soon as the missing account data restore has been fully finished. We hope to have that finished on Tuesday, if no unexpected issues pop up.
In the meantime, here is something to look forward to - at the end of March (the 29th, 30th, and 31st), we're going to have an Artist Event. A whole bunch of the most talented artists on Aywas have been contacted to set up a live art stream on one of those days, so everyone can visit their streams and learn from how they edit their Aywas designs! There will be about ten artists per day each streaming for an hour, so you'll have plenty of people to watch and learn from.
It would be really, really awesome if the userbase in general could create some art tutorials for the event, also--whether you're a starting artist or an experienced one, your knowledge can help someone else and we can come together as a community and help each other improve and grow.

Dang... I spent all that money to get more pet slots... Oh well, I guess. The artist event sounds awesome! Unfortunately, I probably won't be here, because I believe that's when Sakura-Con is, so I'll be at that for most of that weekend...

Is the artist event strictly digital? Because I could make a pretty sweet tutorial for markers/colored pencils, but I can't do digital art at all...

Cool new all around :D and I'll have to make sure to make time to be able to get in some time watching those live streams *wiggles* and this is why I love Aywas. We have a crash and you all bend over backwards to make sure we get everything back even the missing accounts. Then you've gone and set it up to get us some artists to watch and learn from. You guys are just just ... there is no word for that amount of awesome.

Awesome! I had an issue though, I had had too many pets and no silver shards and I hadn't heard anything on what was up with that. I went and purchased 2 more silver shards and used them before this update so I was back where I had been before. Am I now out 2 silver shards since the lair update didn't change my numbers to what they would have been if I had used 4 shards?

I usually try deconstructing how artists edit aywa psds when I purchase designs but this will be even better for me to learn from :D Fantastic idea <3

Thank you very much for fixing the pet slot issue. I can finally enjoy the site to its full extent again.
