I was just informed that our script to remake missing accounts is now complete, so we're going to be going through the missing account e-mails and start reconstructing them (starting tomorrow, after our weekly backup is completed, to make sure there are no issues during it). Waiting for the script to be completed was stressful for both us and you, and we're happy to be able to re-invite those players back in and be able to accept new accounts soon as we're done.
Also, if you have a lair with too many pets and not enough pet slots, you can visit your lair to have that issue autocorrected. There are still other issues for us to fix and we'll start brainstorming solution to them as soon as the missing account data restore has been fully finished. We hope to have that finished on Tuesday, if no unexpected issues pop up.
In the meantime, here is something to look forward to - at the end of March (the 29th, 30th, and 31st), we're going to have an Artist Event. A whole bunch of the most talented artists on Aywas have been contacted to set up a live art stream on one of those days, so everyone can visit their streams and learn from how they edit their Aywas designs! There will be about ten artists per day each streaming for an hour, so you'll have plenty of people to watch and learn from.
It would be really, really awesome if the userbase in general could create some art tutorials for the event, also--whether you're a starting artist or an experienced one, your knowledge can help someone else and we can come together as a community and help each other improve and grow.

OOOHH I so totally want to learn how to do hair editing, with a mouse - seeing as I haven't a tablet to use! :D
YAY for missing accounts becoming unmissing! :D
And YAY for stopping pesky overcrowding of lairs :D :D I'm sure the pets thank you from their hearts to have their bedrooms back, tee hee!

Glad to know the newbies will be back! Are you guys looking into returning premium to those who bought it in those two weeks? Mine ran out, and I was gifted a year... But I've been non-premium since the site went back up.

Ty for the updates. Most of us already upsized back our lair when it was shown to be wrong sized after the downtime. It's awesome of you guys to be able to fix it for the others who did not upsize back their lair yet.

Glad to see missing accounts getting fixed and such. But I am still having pets that don't show up in my cave under the unsorted pets...and since I don't have any groups or anything its really confusing.
