Since the server transfer, there has been a consistence lag problem that has been occurring on the new server. We are aware of this problem and are actively working on it.
There may be some times when you will hit sudden heavy lag or even the site will go down. Usually, this is our doing as we are usually working on something on the backend of the site. We've recently obtained a new toy that's pin pointing what scripts are causing problems and how they are causing it, so we have been hard at work fixing 'em.
If you suddenly hit a bad patch of lag, or if the site even goes down for you, madly refreshing the page will not bring it back up. Again, generally when this occurs, it's us doing something and not just some random patch of lag on the site. Just wait it out a few minutes and give it another try.

I have noticed a HUGE improvement from last night in the speed. I can adventure again without having to twiddle my thumbs! Thanks so much!! <3

Thank you for the heads up! @_@ I was having an awful time adventuring last night and wondering why, since you'd think the new server would have fixed it XD I'll try to be more patient now lol

Thanks for the acknowledgment of the problem and your persistence on fixing it. I've loved how fast the site has loaded when the lag hasn't been present, and hope it can be consistently fast soon enough. -nomad

Just letting you guys know that everything you're doing is making it much faster! It used to take me about a full minute to load my lair... And now it loaded in under 5 seconds. Keep up the great work! The server move and 'new toy' seem to be a huge help!

Well, thank you Slash, but thank you too! <3 And I am so pleased we've had a reason why this is happening too. Now I know, and I can just leave the site alone for a while if it happens again. ;)
I thought, earlier on, the site was really quick but I put that down to the usual, 'I'm online first before most of Aywas' XD but as more users are online I'll be keeping note if it stays fast. One incredible area I noticed it in was adventure. Awesome. All of you need a hug. <3 - V

I'd say a tenfold reduction in time to load is nothing to sneeze at. You guys will get there!
