haha either way i don't feel the difference with the cap xD Last time I bought over 900 or so tickets and still didn't win, so it all depends on the number drawn :3

I'm happy yet sad about the cap XD I get why it may be necessary, but at the same time...I has more BP I would be willing to spend on this raffle! ;;

YES!! A cap!!! :D Thank you so much for that! :D I was always so mad because people were spending several million BP on tickets. There was absolutely no chance of the average member to win. :P If they had that much to spend on tickets they might as well just buy whatever is being raffled. >_>
