Ok, so, exactly what does this mean? From all the discussions I've been reading, it's not really going to matter as far as prices go. I mean..the price of RBC's were just raised. I'm still confused, what -exactly- are the BP sinks doing other than raining BP back into the site itself and not between users? Is it really going to help lower the cost of BP=GP ratio or not? Or..anything else for that matter? o.o I'm just really confused about ultimate point of this, no offense x.x
