I really don't think the problem is who /can/ buy one, but rather, who would be willing to. PBC's went at a much cheaper price (in GP equivalent) when they first came out, so it may seen like a bit much. :) Nonetheless, I think it's a good idea, for those who want it.

So this is obviously targeted on people with over 200mil BP but who is going to spend that BP when GP prices are plummeting and they are essentialy getting richer and richer every day by doing nothing? Wish I had sold all of my GP, I would be rich by now. And on a sidenote: the people who have over 200 mil BP also have multiple breeding coins and maybe even a few pendants so they don't need to buy these coins. So eventually you will make the people with up to 100mil BP spend all their cash and make the rich relatively richer.
