Even so, the raffle winner had a 5% chance of winning. It's quite amazing when you think about it *mulls over* I also think the raffle winner got about 1850% return on their investment, if I calculated correctly, but it is pretty late so I'm not sure.

The winner spent 7 times more BP on this than I did. My chances of winning were less than 1% in the end, so I'm not surprised that I didn't win, but I am surprised that this person won the item with a 1 in 20 chance of winning. It could easily have been anyone else from the other 95% of the tickets purchased by other users. So even at 5% chance of winning, the winner was still incredibly lucky to win this highly sought item. I congratulate user #790.
