Approximately 750,000 tickets were sold, meaning 750,000,000 BP was spent on this raffle. This means that at 400,000 BP per GP, this pendant was worth around 1875 GP (in general, I find that raffles tend to follow the value of the item). The raffle winner gambled about 100 GP attempting to get the item.
