If you purchased GP between December 14 - 17, you may have received a message from PayPal informing you that your purchase was reversed. Your GP total was not modified, however.
Please resend the payment to our standard PayPal address, [email protected]. I have a list of all the payments that were reversed so that I can check you off :)

According to the news comments, it looks like PayPal didn't send an email to everyone, so please check your PayPal account to see if the transaction was reversed or canceled - your account will tell you :)

*scratches head* I made a few of them between those dates....none of them are showing as reversed.....does that mean the ones I made weren't affected by this fiasco? They just say completed O_o.....this is confusing

I cannot check right now but none of the money is in the bank account. My bank says they were all completed.

I only ever purchase GP as a guest on PayPal, I never log in. But, I use the same e-mail address every time I purchase. I haven't received any e-mails from PayPal, would you be able to double check for me to see if I'm on the list?

Fyi for everyone wondering if they're affected - I bought GP on the 14th but the date showed up on Paypal as 'reversed' was Sunday (18th), and only on my credit card yesterday (19th), so I'm thinking it may take a couple of days for it to show up on paypal and credit or debit cards or bank accounts.
If you made a GP purchase between the 14th and 17th and your transaction still says 'completed' then I'd advise checking on it each day for a few days just to be sure. :)

Meinke, when you received your receipt from PayPal upon purchase, if the e-mail address it was sent to was "[email protected]" then it was Reversed.

If it says "complete" you're all good (:
If you've bought GP before I can match your email address to a previous one so nope, don't need anything else!
