This is a short update to let you all know that Lesser Breeding Pendants have been removed from the SP shop due to the overwhelming amount that are in circulation right now. We plan on adding more items to replace the LBP in the very near future and potentially circulate items every few months from the SP shop from now on.
I hope everyone understands the decision, especially since there is almost two times the amount of LBP breedings than LBC breedings in queue... that is really imbalanced. I'll put up a newspost when we decide what to cycle through the SP shop next.

Some items were added to the SP shop for now. We are also pondering an SP shop-exclusive species.

Hmmm LBC cost more than RBC and RBC has risk of failiing, RBP also has longer regen period than LBP but cost more SPs to get? I am confused.. ;\

I am not necessarily complaining about them being taken out as I understand the breeding are having problems with super duper lag from everyone breeding, I am simply implying that making 1 gp a day for many people at least many of the people I know can be very difficult. Breeding issues are going to continue whether they take them out or not as people join everyday and this site will only continue to grow meaning that with things like breeding they will always take time and probably will always be backed up. I am also aware that not everyone will get all the items, however with BCP being retired and all the other pendants being very difficult to get, it makes things hard on people who cannot devote their life to the site to get anything worth good value unless it is luck of the draw.
I am happy as I said to see some new items in the shop but I also know that I will probably not waste my time or gp/bp on trying to get it anymore as saving up for something will take me fare to long to do. Thank you guys for the new items and it would be nice to see a pet specifically for the sp shop though I will not even try unless I deem it obtainable.

RBP regenerates on a monthly basis, same as LBP.

OH RBP regenerate monthly too? Did not know that. But still it has risk of failing. LBP don't. Also LBP might produce 2 babies.. Plus they are breedable... I still feel the RBP is a tad over high. :\ -crawls back under table- I don't mind changes if can improve Aywas, don't get me wrong. I am just pondering on values since each time we buy something, we definitely look at what it can do, if its worth it. xD

50 SP for the RBP was the decision of Slash, who I think wanted to keep them rare. I don't think that even with the SP issues being resolved that we will make exceptions to give out LBPs if people were saving for them.

Dear Aywas staff,
I hope you'll understand my frustration and sheer annoyance at the abrupt removal and replacement of the Lesser Breeding Pendant - I was working towards getting that. I just asked for all my site submissions in SP - I'm still waiting for payments and pets from October and November, too. Only to learn the LBP is replaced by a Radioactive Pendant. For *twice* as much SP - that seems like a nasty joke on us. Let me explain why, based on what I've gleaned from the Aywas breeding tutorial:
1) Lesser Breeding Coin gives 2 babies for uncommon and common species. Radioactive coin only gives one.
2) Lesser Breeding ALWAYS produces a baby. Radioactive breedings only have a 50% of success. Compare this to the LBP - assuming you breed all common or uncommon pets, the LBP gives you 24 babies in a year. The RBP, only SIX according to the percentages.
3) LBP babies are breedable themselves. RBP babies have an 80% chance of being a mutant - i.e. unbreedable. Only a 10% of getting something breedable - and with something like only 6 babies in a year, the chance of getting ONE breedable baby from a RPB in a YEAR isn't good.
So, to summarize, you're charging twice as much for a pendant with less than a fourth return of the previous pendant? Of course we're going to be upset! I can understand Slash wanting to keep pendants rare, but doesn't she see this is just a slap in the face?
Nor do I consider the Finn egg much of a consolation prize. One custom costs more than a a year of babies (LBP)? I'm really better off drawing my own dragons. It takes MONTHS and lots of work for the average user to earn this kind of SP. I can hold some of my ire in check and wait for future items in the SP shop, but if future 'deals' are going to be similiar to swapping the LBP for the bum deal of a RBP, then I'll stop trying to get SP - and ask for USD instead.

the only reason i have a problem with the cost of the radioactive breeding pendant, is that it's a 50 percent chance of the coin actually working. it has a 50 percent chance of BREAKING. If that's the case i fail to see how it's worth that much. :/ unless that statistic has been changed.
