This is a short update to let you all know that Lesser Breeding Pendants have been removed from the SP shop due to the overwhelming amount that are in circulation right now. We plan on adding more items to replace the LBP in the very near future and potentially circulate items every few months from the SP shop from now on.
I hope everyone understands the decision, especially since there is almost two times the amount of LBP breedings than LBC breedings in queue... that is really imbalanced. I'll put up a newspost when we decide what to cycle through the SP shop next.

Some items were added to the SP shop for now. We are also pondering an SP shop-exclusive species.

#1... Thank you for the hard work. Please understand not all comments can be sunshine and rainbows...
#2 I think it would have been nice for some warning. Some people have been working their tails off to get the SP specifically for that reason. Imagine a person who did all the collections spent a TON of monies to get the SP and was only a few (less than 4 away) from getting the LBP... how sad for that person to have no warning or chance to hurry up and do something drastic to get one.
#3 It's also sad that now the jump from 25SP (massively hard but still obrainable through hard work) to be replaced with 50 SP.... not in a million years attainable except for artists.... not all of us are artists....

Wow. The new SP prices are obscene. Sure SP is given out rather often for art contests and the like, but if you can't do those you're stuck with monthly games...that's very, very slow going unless you're the top of everything. Assuming the crons work. At least the scrolls are in there.

For everyone complaining that they will never be able to get an LBP, you can save up for one in less than a year and a half at 1 GP or 300k a day. Getting the SP was way harder for me than saving up and buying GP. I hope LBP's never male it back into the SP shop because with how bad things are between the queue being backed up and prices being low, it would definitely only create more of a problem in the future. I'm very happy with how the SP shop looks right now. My first thought was that the prices were too high, but then they may want to have a longer time between having to change out things and I understand that. Not to mention if they put the RBP in at the same price as a LBP or lower people would run in right now and buy as many as possible and they'd have to yank those before tomorrow is done. As for everyone saying they "saved up SP for a year". How hard were you trying? Everyone is not supposed to have everything on the site. If they did nothing would be special and no one would put in any effort. People who REALLY wanted them worked their butts of to get ALL of the SP they needed and buy the LBP ASAP. Normally I'm against pulling something with no warning, but there was a subtle warning when they said they were retiring collection sets soon. I took that to mean they were changing shop items as well and that's when I started working my butt off to get the SP I needed and I got it with time to spare.

And I am not an artist. I got most of my SP from collections and I made it onto a high scores list once just from doing my dailies every day. I got more SP after I bought my LBP from participating in the scav hunt.

Although I understand why they're being removed,I agree with Malicus on this--I wish they had been left in until the SP issues were resolved. Like others, I finally had enough SP saved up to get the LBP and was just waiting on the SP to be given out~

that is very sad, I have been saving for one for a while and now I will never be able to afford one as buying one in gp is outrageous. I mean I understand why if there are to many it just sucks as people who are new to the site will have to save up forever to be able to get one if and only if they are still selling any at that time. I am looking forward to the new things that are being added to the shop though I am a bit disappointed in how pricey everything is so far. But alas who knows maybe in time I will be able to afford something I actually want from the shop.
