Rules
As of 11/21/2011, we have created a new rule in the TOS:
Users who move accounts must submit the Account Moving Records form here on this thread.
We have recently had some issues with scammers account hopping after stealing from other players. To make a safer place for everyone to play, we will be enforcing this rule 100%. Anyone found moving accounts without submitting the form will be temporarily or permanently banned, so please be sure to fill out the form before moving.
If you have already moved accounts before this notice, you do not need to fill out the form. If you share your computer with another Aywas member, it is best practice to let staff know by posting a notice to your profile on who shares the computer with you.
The Terms of Service has been updated to reflect this rule.

i have heard of moving and/or sharing accounts, but not sure why, much less how...what is the purpose, exactly?

wow. that really sucks that people would do that. :( I'll admit i was a LITTLE bit leery when i moved into this account, since i really didn't know the person who was selling the account. but thankfully it all worked out and everything was legit. and the other person was actually very nice. :) I feel sorry for the people who get scammed like that. :(

@Sing; No specific point exactly, but a lot of people enjoy having a lair partner ^^ and moving accounts usually comes into play when someone buys a lower digit I'D account. Which is another fad that's silly without much of a big deal, but its just how it is xD (some peoples motivation is so their id is easier to remember for them/others)

Oh, wow. That's horrible. I'm glad this was put up though. I started sharing the computer with someone and had completely forgotten about needed to state that we shared. So, I guess this saved me from any future problems. :D

Wow, I hope this will stope any scammers, or at least deter them.
