Site Update

Sorry for the small explosion, folks, we've still been working on implementing suggestions. Here are some new ones we got through today:

- You can now select a "Bald" hairstyle for your Human Avatar in the Salon.

- Museum Collections will no longer be removed and will instead be Retired, there is a page for viewing retired museum collections and the progress you made on them, though you cannot add to them anymore.

- For 5 GP, you can now "Lock your pet" from modifications by utilizing the link on your "My Pets" page. Look for "Lock (Pet) from Modification". This will make it so when that pet is active, you will not be able to use the Rogue Zap feature or morphing potions. It also stores data on what that pet was (its species, or its custom image) so if it does get changed, it can be easily recovered.

- You can now sort the Item Database by Explore Region to look at all the items in a particular region.

Offering a BP to GP exchange would kill the site. There would be no Aywas with that. I assume you want Aywas to stay up right? O.o

Tobyana: I would never SPEND 50 GP on a pet. i wont' spend over 10 on a pet. so I'm not spending half that value to protect the pet when it's not a real pet. I'd rather put my hard earned cash into getting insurance for my real pet.

Slash: I understand what you're saying, but if you actually go into those threads, most people jump in on the very first post and buy ALL the GP the original poster has on hand before anyone else has a chance at them. On top of that, it wouldnt' help with a BP sink - it would simply transfer your bp into the hands of another user, rather than flat-out eliminating the BP from the site entirely. if we just transfer bp back and forth between eachother those BP stay in the system. Just my two cents worth - i'll leave it at that.

Toby: I am not complainign about the price - I just think we should have an option of one or the toher. Slash: the reason why I am not all that cool on buying GP is because I remember when they were 100k a pot. XD I find that 180k-200k is a wee bit much to me for one and unless I can find a good deal (which are rare) I don't want to buy it. Like I said I would just like the option - not everyone can easily get GP even for BP. *shrug* I'm sure with a decent amount of BP people will still be buying it for GP but I suppose not as many. XD (I would if I can't afford it for the BP rate) An option is an option. I like choices. x)

I dunno, I'm on the forums a lot and I see a ton of unlimited GP sales threads. And it's definitely your choice whether you want to protect your pet - just be extra careful with the pet and you won't have any need for the feature. But for those who have lost 20 - 100 GP worth pets, the feature will be very useful for preventing that loss. 5 GP is a small price to pay to someone who lost a 100 GP pet, like I said...

Inu, if the BP option costs 1,500,000 to lock a pet, wouldn't that... be the same as buying the GP at 250k each? Doesn't make sense to me. xD

I'm all for it, really! In fact, I might use it to protect my main pet, just to be sure nothing happens to her, though she'd be easy enough to fix if anything did. I like knowing it's there for any less easy to fix pets too.
I love this site and want no bad to happen to it! I'm kinda addicted to here actually.
I just had an 'oh gosh, more cool stuff I can't afford!' moment, sorry. ^_^;
