Site Update

Sorry for the small explosion, folks, we've still been working on implementing suggestions. Here are some new ones we got through today:

- You can now select a "Bald" hairstyle for your Human Avatar in the Salon.

- Museum Collections will no longer be removed and will instead be Retired, there is a page for viewing retired museum collections and the progress you made on them, though you cannot add to them anymore.

- For 5 GP, you can now "Lock your pet" from modifications by utilizing the link on your "My Pets" page. Look for "Lock (Pet) from Modification". This will make it so when that pet is active, you will not be able to use the Rogue Zap feature or morphing potions. It also stores data on what that pet was (its species, or its custom image) so if it does get changed, it can be easily recovered.

- You can now sort the Item Database by Explore Region to look at all the items in a particular region.

Have you ever hear of universal health care? If you fall down a staircase and, for example, break your neck, you get admitted to a hospital whether or not it was your fault. As far as I see, it should be that way. Sure you have to pay for it in taxes but we are already pay a sort of "tax" when we buy a premium or a GP shop pet or just anything else on the site that requires GP really.

Thats fine if you see it that way, all people are saying is that aywas isn't that way. Not all customs cost gp to make. So basically those customs are "free", so no one ' paid taxes' to make sure that custom stays a custom. I don't see why people can't just be responsible for their own customs? If you dont want to pay the 5 gp fee, then just use extra precaution. xD

Yes I do understand the argument that is being put forth. I'm just saying I disagree. Aywas doesn't have to be any certain way. Sure not all customs are made with GP. But, likewise, I don't believe that this feature should have to cost GP. I know people can be responsible for their own customs. I'm just suggesting, if a pet lock is going to be implemented, that it wouldn't be unreasonable to make it free. c:

Without knowing the necessary backend modifications (and space) required for that, it's not an easy sell to presume it should be free.

Is GP the one that you have to buy or is it the one you can win if your super lucky?

The Lock Your Pet is the best idea you've ever ever ever had, oh man, I am so thrilled. I've accidentally morphed/zapped Trikyn so many times. @.@

I clicked the link to lock my pet and then hit no on the second page. It charged me the 5 GP for it anyway and locked my pet. xD I was planning to lock her later anyway but I just thought I would mention that it happened.
