Breeding Add Ons
The first batch of breeding add-ons have been released. They can be found in the BP Shop.
If you have additional ideas for an add on, please comment on this news post with your ideas. :) Taking a look at the sort of stuff we've released already is a good indication of the sort of ideas we want! I'd be happy to send you one of your idea item if your idea is accepted.
There is one more breeding add on item, but it is not for sale. It is contest prize only.
Artist Ticket, which allows you to select your breeding artist.
The Standing Fruit will function like a Raffle Crystal. On 8/17/2011, a selection of winners will be randomly drawn for these breeding-related prizes:
Breeding Coin, Lesser Breeding Coin (5 winners), Artist Ticket, Hybrid Embryo (2 winners), Silver Breeding Upgrade (2 winners), Artist Pallet (2 winners), Greater Fertility Potion, Edit Potion... for a total of 15 separate winners.
Unlike a Raffle Crystal, any Standing Fruits that are not selected as winners will not be deleted, so you may keep them for collectible purposes.

Oh god, the SCC breeding add on makes my day so hard ;;; it means I can make my founding SCC without having to worry over % of edits. This makes me so happy <3

How about a cool like... Mer-potion? We have the zombie and Vamp potion, why not a Mer-potion that makes the babies Aquatic themed? I alway support more merpets.
Or a a unmmm "Tummy Headset" for babies with musical themes, like from the mothers who play their babies Mozart while they're incubating.
And deffinately a 'rush' item. Super expensive, but if you use it, you get a breeding back within a month, in case you need it as a gift or something.

How about a Fertility Potion that only works with same species breedings that only has a 50/50 chance of producing an extra baby? Common species only, like the normal one, of course. ^^

Those item ideas are simply pretty pretty pretty! Especially the hybrid embrio and the artist palette. I have to add I love the pictures of the items. Very very beautyful. And the standing fruits raffle is amazing. I doubt I will win anything but its amazing!

I'd love an item that gives you a random common genus from a LBC breeding. c: Like if you were to breed two melos together, you could use the add on and get a baby that was... a soli or something. No predictions allowed, of course. c:

I don't have any "new" ideas, but how about more expensive versions of these that regenerate? Maybe they can be distributed through the Cash Shop or as contest prizes?

I like PPaws idea! And I'm wondering for the artist ticket, are we only able to use that one if we know the artists? Because I always thought they have the right to stay anonymous? Or do we get to see examples and choose an artist without knowing who we pick?
