As some of you may have noticed, my Exotic Pet Palace has received a new stock of pets! They're eager and awaiting new loving owners!
In case you weren't aware, the Pet Shop is on a stock rotation schedule with the stock changing every 3 months. After the 3 months, the pets currently in stock will be permanently retired and a new stock will replace them. So get them while you can!
If you want to have the chance of getting a design of yours into the pet shop, go ahead and submit them to the Pet Coloration Submissions forum. Most of the submitted designs will be put into Adventure, but some random designs will be kept to go into the pet shop!
If your design is now in the pet shop please contact Kousei (#25044) for your free copy. That's right, if your design is accepted and put in the shop you get a free copy. That could save you a good amount of BP!

So about that sale... I promise it wasn't an April Fool's Joke, it just seems that Easter got a little too busy for us all to finalize the sale so I will be trying later on this week. I promise you, it is coming, and the mystery box will be involved~
Speaking of our Easter being a little too busy, you might have noticed that half of our Welcome to April post is missing! We're swapping it up a bit today and doing the last half today, the first half will come later on with shop pets, birthday lunaris, monthly contests and some holidayesque contests!! Sorry for any inconvenience this poses!

Such lovely flowers! Rumor has it that these are some of Rowan's favorites, so this spring season why don't we help them prepare for the wedding?!
You can find all of these beautiful snapdragons in the different adventure zones, in place of dye this year! The flowers will be used in Alchemy to create the dyes for the Easter Painter, as well as turned in for points for the Easter Shop! (Neither of these are active right now but you can begin collecting the flowers early~)
EDIT: Please note that due to some issues based on feedback, the snapdragons are no longer available in Enchanted Forest. You can find them in Bridge, Desert, and the Arctic zones!
The Easter Field is now open!
How it works:
You can take an egg once every 10 minutes only if you have deposited an egg within the last 10 minutes.
If you want to take from the field, you must contribute to it. :3
When you deposit an egg, you can choose any r30+ item from your inventory or a pet and wrap it up in one of fifteen eggs.
You can include BP or GP along with your item! Images are also optional if you want to send some cute or funny gifs, just please remember the ToS does still apply!
If you find an egg with something that seems to violate the ToS please take a timestamp screenshot and send a message to a moderator.
After you leave an egg for another user to find, you can go to the field and pick one out for yourself and see what you get!
We admins will also add some very special items to the eggs, so keep an eye out!
April's Premium Item is the Spring Custom Crystal!
What is this, you ask? Well! That is up to you! This special custom maker will be used to create metal alt lines with a 'spring' theme, but which alt lines? That is up to all of you! Go ahead and vote in the poll, and in a week we will tally it up and put in the request. The only way to get this custom maker will be through premium items and the premium grab bag!
The poll has several of the first species, and yes melo was skipped. I am sorry all you melo lovers, but right now there is just so many alt melos already in existence so they have to sit out of this poll.

Good evening everyone, I hope you're having a lovely weekend! First up I would just like to pre-announce that we will be having a USD shop sale starting tomorrow, the details will be in the monthly news post.
I would also like to announce that in the process of making everything more balanced the GCC and MDT tickets knowledge base has been updated to reflect the new payment methods. If you are interested in joining either team for GP or Artist Credit make sure you send me a PM when you apply so that I know that is what you have chosen since we are currently not accepting USD artists.
A note to previous artists, prior to this you could get any item with your artist credit, this has been adjusted as well to balance with the way the credit works for other site artists. Any credit earned from this day on must follow the typical Artist Credit rules as listed in the knowledge base article.
We're trying something new with the Rusted Breeding Coins! You can now find them in the GP Shop for 25gp! This price may be temporary as we gauge what effect this will have on the market, but they will remain in the GP Shop until further notice!
The Alt Neura was released a little bit ago so I just wanted to clarify some things about it! This rare species cannot be obtained by dawn crystals. It has it's own custom maker so it can only be created by using the Gilded Neura Egg. It is also going to be incredibly rare, however it will be available more than just the previous contest!

Hello everyone! I wanted to give you a bit of a heads up that I'll be changing the stock in my shop come April 4th! So if you want to own any of these pretty pets I currently am selling, you should buy them before April 4th. On April 4th, they will be permanently retired and new pets will take their place.

This is when the clock at the top of the Aywas page says "26 March, 2018" until 11:59 PM AST on 29 March, 2018.
Monday, March 26 - 1% of a Xaoc offspring for every breeding that rolls a normal, even if one parent is not a Xaoc.
Tuesday, March 27 - 40% chance of a Metal, rather than a 20% chance
Wednesday, March 28 - All normals will be either a Squishy or Sariforme!
Thursday, March 29 - RBC coins will work 75% of the time, rather than the normal 50% chance!

Prediction Pool Party Artist Raffle!

The Neura have descended from the stars and graced us with their presence, so the artist raffle for the Prediction Pool Party has finally been able to commence!
There were a whopping 1282 Tickets in this raffle, spread out between 83 artists! That's an average of 15 predictions per artist (though some did much much more than 15 predictions *chuckles*)
I have drawn a total of 35 prizes for the raffle, and the results are below!

Greetings and salutations children of Aywas! The staff has asked me to pass on their sincere apologies for the Valentine’s shop being so delayed. We have a lot of updates for you tonight, so please make sure you read the entire post!
Without further ado, I give you my pride and joy, the Valentine’s Seasonal Shop!
We have a new site background for you; here’s a small preview of the design. This will be available with a full repeat of the background, or just a top repeat where it only goes across the top of the screen.
There's the normal array of energy items, battle items and fauna, as well as the Moon Balloon HA item. The Love Food Basket is a regenerating item that regens once a week and gives you a random "love" food item. You'll also notice some returning favorites, such as the LP #9 custom creator and Love Story breeding add-on.
We also have a small selection of Valentine's themed pets.
We also have 3 lovely new designs available for the Love Potion #9!
The shop will be closing in one week, on Saturday March 24th at 11:59pm AST!
Onto some exciting news on behalf of Kita and myself!
We both know that we don't have the time to dedicate to the queues as well as our other site responsibilities, so we have decided to pass our queues onto other helpers! We know that this is a fairly large change, and we hope that it will improve the turn around for certain queues. Please keep in mind that some queues will still remain slow due to lack of artists, but several of the queues should be able to go faster with this update.
Please make sure you turn in any PSDs you'd like to submit for Dani's tribute by March 31st at 11:59pm AST.
A small note on Site Elf applications. You may now apply if you have DNCs against you! If you have DNCs against someone else, you will have to remove them to apply. We hope this change allows people who wanted to apply but couldn't, because of DNCs, to apply. Please keep in mind the DNC's and any past behavior will still weigh against your application, but we understand that people can grow and mature, so we no longer want to permanently block out everyone.
IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN....MAYDAY!
A change from previous years is that this year you will PM Marjo (#5741) NOT KAIYO with your sketches for approval.
All PNGs are due by May 25th at 11:59pm AST and PSDs must be uploaded by May 29th at 11:59pm AST. See the times below for how egg claiming and credit will work.
May Day will run from May 31st - June 3rd, with June 4th being the normal credit day.
USD Mayday credit and egg claim begins 11:00pm May 31st AST
Teo box opens for claim 12:00am AST April 1st (1 minute after 11:59pm May 31st AST)
- We are allowing Teos, Snoodles, Faux, and Oët!
-We are allowing very few silvers! I will not be accepting a dozen Teos that only have the tails left.
-The sets should be between 50%-75%. If your set is spectacular I will accept less edits.
-You must PM Marjo with a sketch for the Teo Team to approve! If you send her a finished product without doing this first, we do not have to accept it. If you make more sets than the ones we approve you to do, we do not have to accept them. (this includes if you have already PM'd me!)
-You must also send Marjo examples of your shading and coloring, and if you have done any previous sets.
-All sets must be finished and the PSDs uploaded by May 25th.
-A set is 5 custom pets with identical edits, all colored uniquely. Then you are also permitted 1 unique that you can turn in at that time or at a later date.
-All applications must be PM'd to Marjo with the Subject line: Mayday 2018 - [email protected] Of course replace the e-mail with your PayPal.
We are offering more payment options this year, so please read very closely! You can choose one of the following per set! So if you do multiple sets, you can mix and match!
- $50 Paid after May Day
- 100gp + 5 SP Paid once the set is finished
- No base pay, however you are granted a 75% completely unique of any of the species creatable this May Day. (You are welcome to sell this slot as well)
- 1 May Day Egg for the $50 Day. If you do two sets, then you can trade both payments in for 1 May Day egg for the first day!
All payment options still get the 30% extra edited unique, as well as are eligible for sell out bonus.
The sell out bonus will work the same as it has been. Should your set sell out on Day 1 you get $75, Day 2 is $50 and Day 3 is $25.
This is also your Official Reminder to collect any and all PSDs from The Last Teo Sale, because once we start uploading PSDs, these will go away! So collect them again just to be safe!
