Well, okay, it seems like many of you want to get breeding right away, and I see you've been making your own predicts on this thread...
So Frey and I made you this!
This beautiful coin will make you beautiful offspring like Frey told you below. Our method has been perfected over thousands of years, so you know you'll get the most quality out of it.
So, we decided, if you post beautiful predicts that conform to our standards of beauty in that thread I linked above, we might send you one of these coins - so your creations can come to life, and you can breed the pair you predicted.
They won't be breedable but you wouldn't want anything to dilute the gene pool when you have achieved perfection, do you?
No, you wouldn't.

Regretful April 1st News.
Site Update
It is with a heavy heart that I come bearing some sad news about the Breeding Department today.
After some lengthy discussion with Slash, we decided that because of the queue and how difficult it is to keep up with the amount of breedings that come in daily, the breeding system is being revamped.
From now on, all LBC/MBC/HLBC and any other same-species breedings will be overlay-only, no matter what. PSD files will no longer be needed, so we can get breedings out much faster this way. Here is an example of an offspring affected by the change:
We're certain that this change will please the userbase, as it'll make the queue much faster, and in later months assure that breedings will be out within days!
We also decided that after this BC-season, Breeding Coins will be retired. We wanted to let you all have one last round of fun making hybrids before they're gone for good. It was fun while it lasted!
Note that the above will affect all breedings already in queue, so if you've already submitted a breeding, it'll be made via overlays and you should start seeing them come back throughout the day. All BC breedings prior to April 1st will be canceled just so we can focus on this round before closing that department up.

Edit: Okay, since people complained about hybrids going away... we're going to compromise. I thought about it, and realized... we can make this work. We can make overlays for hybrids too. So here's an example of what will come from the BC-breedings from now on!

Meet the Neura.
Lunaris x Serrul
The Neura is a rare hybrid, so it cannot be bred for with a Breeding Coin. How do you get it? You can win a breeding for this genus if you win a contest...
And there are a few contests you can try!
1. Draw a Neura!
2. Write a 3-5 page double-spaced paper about Neura biology. Be creative!
3. Design a Neura custom (winner gets either winning custom or a breeding - winner's choice).
4. Write a 2500 word or more story where a Lunaris and a Serrul meet...
5. Sew a Neura plushie.
6. Design a Neura t-shirt (IRL only -- markers, glitter, whatever).
BEST ENTRY IN EACH CATEGORY WINS.

We are opening a rare genus contest - where you get to design some rare genuses to stand alongside the Vion and Lunaris as high profile contest prizes. :)
Similar to the hybrid and raw pet contests, you get to design the pet and post up concept art in its own forum board.
Check out the rules post, then go forth and be creative!
Prizes and Deadlines
Contest closes on May 1 to prepare winning designs for Scav.

Custom Item Package

Hello, for those of you who aren't aware, you can submit custom human avatar clothing through the Custom Item Package. However, our artists cannot make any HA clothing for you, so you would have to submit your own.
You get ten copies of your item when you submit, and can request additional copies at 1 GP each. You never know who might want to buy your custom HA clothes... ;) You could turn a nice profit.
80x80 images are coming along fine and we should have a majority of them finished (unless they were recently assigned in the last week) by next week.
