Valentine's Love Fest: Part II

Welcome to Valentine's Day Love Fest: Part II!
If you're on the hunt for Love Letters in Adventure, you might've already come across a few newcomers!
There are 10 love-themed pets for you to collect throughout various Adventure regions.
However, if you're short on time but have plenty of Valentine points, I would like to direct your attention to...
... True Love's Kiss Lip Tint in the Seasonal Shop.
This bottle will turn your active pet into one of the 10 adventure colorations at random!
We have also added a Basket of Valentines to the Seasonal Shop, but the envelope glue is being rather stubborn at the moment. This item will be unlocking a forum title that reads "Bundle of Love," but it's currently unusable while we're trying to get it to activate. I'll let you know as soon as you can get the achievement. :3
Our loving citrus family has a new addition!
You can now find Love Oranges in the Energy Dishes shop (when in stock). Enjoy the latest squeeze!
(These are a permanent addition to the site. <3)
As in previous years, we will also be having a special finale during the last 24 hours of the event!
This is when Breedable Potions, Engagement Rings, and some limited quantity items will appear.
I will post the final details for this as soon as I can, since Slash and I just have to hammer out a few things.
Note: There will be no pendants released this year, but we will still be featuring some of our other big-ticket items.
If you're not rolling in Love Letter points, there's still a chance for you to obtain some cool items!
Swing by the new Love, Aywas thread, where you can "send" (read: post) a valentine to the site that mentions something you adore about Aywas.
You then might get a visit from the Adore-a-Gram Lunaris, who can throw things much shinier than Love Letters. ;)

The Seasonal Shop is now officially open. <3
Shop to your heart's content until February 22, 2014 at 11:59 p.m.! Love Letters will remain findable and sendable through this time as well, so you still have some time to catch up on your letter writing. *wink*

An old, but good book worth rereading has returned! The Love Story is once again available for purchase.
The Love Story is a breeding add-on compatible with MBC, LBC, BC, and HBC breedings. This book tells the artist to cute-ify the offspring! MBC and LBC babies are eligible for a Valentine color palette; BC and HBC offspring can have cutesy edits and V-day colors! Thematic add-on: Max two different themes per breeding.
We have also brought back a familiar elixir--the Love Potion #9--but its flavor seems to have changed a bit. It seems two additional alternate linearts have been added to the formula!

Need some help with your pet collecting?
Stop by the Trash for Treasure shop to trade in some of your TP for a Heart of Gold Bottle!
This ornate potion is filled with all 24 of the Seasonal Shop pets. When used, it will change your active pet into a random coloration from the store. Bottoms up!
To help with your Love Letter swapping efforts, we have put the Stack of Love Letters in the GP Shop at 1 GP. The stack contains 3 individual Love Letters.
You might have noticed that I mentioned this was Part I of our Valentine's Day Love Fest.

For one day only, Wolfy (#26055) has popped a HA gift into the Trash For Treasure store so that everyone can enjoy her birthday with her!

As we received a lot of positive feedback, we are continuing the restricted switches system.

RBC kickback, late breedings, and Adopt a Custom

Couple bits of housekeeping for everyone!
Some of you have noticed that RBC kickbacks are now gone. Staff had been unaware that allowing predicts again meant it had a kickback at all, and when I was alerted to it the consensus was to stop the kickback for RBC altogether. RBC and Derp aren't supposed to have a kickback for predicts. While this may be an inconvenience to some, it was never a stated fact for these two coins so we are using this newspost to properly clarify this for the future.
I know a few people have asked about their breedings having been assigned for awhile too -- I wanted to address this concern. January has been a particularly tough month on a lot of our artists, so there was a limited pool to reassign to, meaning some look as if they've been assigned a full month or longer. Some artists also came back and agreed to finish the list they've had for that extended time. So if you have been waiting on a breeding, never fear! They should be coming back within the next week, or being reassigned if need be.
Lastly, just a friendly reminder that the Adopt a Custom feature has been stocked up with pets, so if you're interested in applying for one, there's still a few from January left and a whole slew of gorgeous February customs up for grabs! :3 Our Knowledge Base has an article on how the feature works, so get your creativity flowing and you might be able to take home a new friend!
More work is going on behind the scenes to clean up a few other areas on the breeding side, so expect more updates coming soon!
