Blossoming Friendship is in bloom!

As every person and creature over all of Ay and Ara came out to see what all the white and pink flurrying was all about, they were shocked to find a giant turtle island nearby.
The members of Ay saw Reika:
While those from Ara saw Lonesome George:
Certainly a wonder to behold, you seem to remember the tale about island turtles bringing peace and happiness and friendship between the lands.
"If you collect enough of our petals, we will reward you greatly," they say. "We have showered your lands in them along with some special Friendship Crackers. Can you complete the puzzle of friendship before we leave?"
You will find Pink Cherry Blossom Petals in all Ay side Adventure locations. They are Very Uncommon (r40) items and each is worth 5 Blossom Points.
On the Ara side, you will find White Cherry Blossom Petals, which are Common (r20) and each is worth 1 Blossom Point.
To turn in your collected petals for Blossom Points, check in here.
These points will ultimately be usable in the Seasonal Shop, which is tentatively scheduled to open up on March 29th.
You can keep track of your Blossom Points on the blossom page (which we will be adding to the navigation shortly), and inside the Seasonal Shop for your convenience. c:
But you can find more than petals in Adventure this week!
Friendship Crackers are hard to find, but a lot of fun to open! Ultra Rare (r80) in all Adventure locations, Friendship Crackers are findable goodie bags with a twist--these items can only be used on other users (not yourself!).
When you choose a friend to use a Friendship Cracker on, they will be showered with: White Cherry Blossom Petals, three random items, and one of nine colorful Puzzle Pieces. Let's take a closer look at what your friend might find inside!
The three random items will be pulled from the following assortment:
I want to bring special attention to the Petals Friendship Necklace, which will unlock the forum title "True Friend" when used. All other items are edible!
Below you will find the nine colorful Puzzle Pieces:
If you are lucky enough to collect one of each, you can take the pieces to the Museum to claim your reward!
The Blossoming Friendship collection features the completed puzzle image of some friendly characters and will grant you a very pretty potion as your prize. :3
The True Friendship is Rare Potion will turn your active pet into one of three very special colorations--either a Vion, Finn, or Lunaris--at random.
Have fun gifting the Friendship Crackers you find to your old friends or new ones!
You will also encounter rather amiable pets on your Adventure. :3

In all the commotion, a turtle, a chicken, a squirrel, a dog and a mouse quietly went on the hunt for petals themselves, although they knew they had summoned the turtles of friendship with a Slashbot they had found so none of this came as a surprise. They wanted to celebrate their friendships, they gathered together with good food, great drinks, and all the wonderful pets they could find. Through a blossoming friendship, this event was brought to you by Giraki (#6653), Eyes (#12166), Teilchen (#34278), Death Squad (#7033), and Tooki (#42928) with a little help from others along the way.
As a note of thanks, we would like to formally thank all the users who took time to submit pets, items, and ideas to this event. We wish we could have used every single piece that was contributed, and regret having to turn away any entries or help. The raffle for the pet submissions thread will be held around the opening of the Seasonal Shop so there will be plenty of time to spend points won, and use of limited time items. - Giraki
Current Event Timeline
Blossoming Friendship main event: March 25th - April 1st at 11:59 p.m.
(Yes, I'm kicking things off a wee bit early!)
Adventure pets, Friendship Crackers, and the white and pink petals will also be findable through this time.
Seasonal Shop: March 29th - April 5th at 11:59 p.m.
As always, we will keep an eye on the numbers to ensure things are dropping properly.
We will be updating the timeline with more information as needed. :3

St. Patrick's Day Pets & Molten Potions!

Our five St. Patrick's Day pets are quite lucky, since they seemed to make it into the Molten Potion, and will be until we remove them from the store at the end of the month. (So if you don't want one of our Irish-inspired pets from the potion, moving forward, hold off on using it until then.)
If you used your Molten Potion and got one of these limited pets and want to keep it, you are more than welcome to. :3
However, if you used your Molten Potion, got a St. Patrick's Day pet, and did NOT want one of those colorations, PM me and I'll help you out. Please put "Molten Potion" somewhere in the subject line! (FYI -- it might take me a few days to get back to you since my inbox is a mess and we have an event coming up, but I assure you I will. XD)

It seems Miksa has something she wants to mention too, so I'll turn the rest of this news post over to her.
Hi everyone! I wanted to give you all a heads up that I'm going to be changing the stock of pets I offer in my Pet Emporium soon! Be sure to buy your companions from my shop before March 31st at 11:59 PM AST, because all the lovely critters currently in stock will be permanently retired then and a new stock of cuties will replace them. The profits from the shop have allowed me to Adventure much more often and I've found quite a few new pets that I want to introduce to you!
