Remember, you can use any medium you like, and this is a starred (*) theme, so you can enter even if you've won recently or plan to enter in the upcoming weeks. Official Aywas stock is not permitted for this theme.

Pet Shop Stock Reminder!

Hi there everyone! While I am cleaning up around the shop, I wanted to remind you that I will be changing the stock of pets in my Exotic Pet Emporium soon! Please be sure to pick up any critters you want to take home before July 4th at 11:59 p.m. Remember, all pets currently in the store will be removed and permanently retired after this time, and will make way for a new batch of colorful creatures!

Wearable Gold Crown
Items
A Wearable Gold Crown has been created by popular demand and can now be found in the Trash for Treasure shop! (Thank you for the suggestion and for everyone who submitted wearable versions of the item to me. :3) Check out the preview here.
Here's a quick reminder of the event deadlines:
- Gold Crowns and Red Jewels will be floating around through June 29th at 11:59 p.m.
- The Seasonal Shop is open through June 30th at 11:59 p.m.
- The new Wearable Gold Crown can also be purchased through June 30th at 11:59 p.m.

Important - Update
Site Update
After a few hours of investigating, testing, fixing, and more testing and double checking, I have some good news for you regarding the widespread issues that impacted Aywas today. We figured out what the problem was and have resolved many of the hiccups you might've encountered.
- Currency should now show up properly in the bank. On-hand currency should not have been affected. Note: If you did any bank transactions during the time that we were experiencing problems and your bank totals are not accurate, please wait for further instruction. We have the bank records on file and will see to it that your totals are corrected.
- Premium Points should now be accurately displaying in the Outlet.
- Seasonal Currency should now show up correctly in the Seasonal Shop (it was displaying correctly on the exchange page throughout the glitch). Note: If you exchanged any Crowns or Red Jewel fragments during the window where the shop was displaying 0 points, your exchange was still counted, so you will not be missing any points.
- Trash Point totals should now be displaying properly.
- Wardrobe layers have been restored.
- Forum Posts "reset" to 1 for users who posted during the window of issues prior to the problem being remedied. Yasu is able to fix these post counts and will tackle the issue in the morning. We will keep you posted! (It's nearly 2 a.m., I couldn't resist the pun.) Note: If your post count didn't get reset, posting on the forums now should not reset your total, and will increase like normal.
We do not yet have any updates on errors in news post polls and are still investigating some individual Glitch reports/threads.
For now, please continue to report any issues not already addressed above (or below in Eve's original announcement) to Glitches and Issues rather than PMing a staff member. This will help moderating, administrative and programming staff most effectively solve any lingering issues.
*Please also take care to check to see if there is already a thread reporting your specific issue so that similar problems are consolidated and duplicate threads aren't made for the same thing.*

Hey guys,
I know you're all panicking a little right now but please be assured that we are looking into the issues that the site is unexpected throwing at us.
For now we ask that you do not PM staff regarding the following issues:
- No currency in the bank
- Loss of PP points
- Loss of Seasonal currency
- Trading in gems/crowns does not generate Seasonal Currency
- Loss of Trash points
- Forum posts reset to 1 and not increasing
- Wardrobe layers not appearing
- Errors on the poll news posts
If you are encountering other issues than these then please post them in the Glitches forum. We also ask that you check to see if there is already a thread reporting your specific issue so we don't overwhelm the forum and slow down pinpointing site wide issues.
Thank you for your patience during this time and we will update you as soon as possible.

Gender fixes

Tiff has corrected some gender issues around the site. You can now select the gender for any eggs you hatch (both bred and non) as well as pets bought from the shops. They have both been expanded to include our full range of gender options as well.

Mosh's 21+1 Birthday Party! Seasonal Shop Edition

The Seasonal Shop is now officially open!
(Lorin also has a link in the shop where you can trade in your jewels and crowns for points.)
Now accepting Crown points through June 30th at 11:59 p.m.
Sit down, relax, and have a drink on the house while we explore the treasures Mosh's birthday celebration has brought us! :3
Don't have anything to wear to the party? We'll fix that right up for you!
All of the above items are Human Avatar trunks that contain 4+ items each.
First we have three horse suits--Appaloosa, Chestnut and Storm--followed by the Polar King and Merlot Queen (which are both doing toasts), along with a collection of Liquid Skins, a Polar Bear set, and a Long Island ensemble based on the iced tea drink.
You can play with the pieces in each trunk through the Preview Wardrobe option, to assist in your clothing purchasing decisions!
We also have quite a few standalone pieces for you to enjoy as well!
Above is a set of animal protectors that guard your HA and are layered behind or beside them.
The Tiny Herd above is a collection of three little horses that are of the same color as the horse suits, while the Maned Wolf Talisman will stand beside your HA. You'll notice that this critter will be quite popular in the shop!
Told you! We also have Standing and Laying Maned Wolf Companions, which are indeed both colored like a traditional maned wolf despite the grey icons. We hope you enjoy the different styles that this animal appears in for your HA. :)
Do you like to always have a drink in your hand at a party? We have 7 new holdable drinks for you to choose from below!
Just to be clear, the above items are all accessories for your HA, not actual drinks for your pets.
But not to worry, we've got you covered there too. *wink*
Now, these drinks are all for your pets to enjoy--with a caveat.
Some of you might know that our "newer" alcohol items haven't worked properly for some time, and the drinks above are no exception. Currently, they will not award your pets with alcohol points toward the drinking game. However, the lovely Tiff (#9437) will be fixing this problem for us after July arrives, as we did not want to make such a substantial overhaul of alcohol items this late in the month due to the high score board.
Therefore, all 7 of the drinks above have a disclaimer in their description stating that though they technically have alcohol points assigned, they aren't currently active. We will of course make an announcement when these items, and many of our other alcohol items, are in proper working order.
I wanted to give everyone a heads up about this so that you can plan your purchases accordingly, in case you wanted to stock up on some tasty drinks! :3
If you like to celebrate by staying in and cuddling rather than having a drink, you'll probably want to take at least one of these fauna home! We have a Light Maned Wolf, Stallion, and Polar Bear Cub!
But if you're looking for some larger animal companions to fill your lair with, we have plenty of those too!
