If you've just now been struck with the inspiration of a holly-jolly bug, then good news! The 2015 Holiday Pet Submissions have been extended through December 23rd at 11:59 p.m. :3 You can also expect quite a large batch of adventure pets to be added throughout the weekend. *u*

Love Story & Lovely Ink

Love? Pssshhh. I was talking about that smell of fresh coding. -drools-
To prepare for some new and reworked breeding features, I have a small announcement regarding the Love Story add-on!
The Love Story breeding add-on was originally compatible with MBC, LBC, BC, and HBC. It originally gave a color theme to MBC and LBC, and an edit theme to BC and HBC. For reasons that you will soon find out, we've had to split the Love Story into two items. The Love Story will remain the BC and HBC compatible edit theme breeding add-on.
The new sister item, Lovely Ink, now functions as the MBC and LBC Valentines color theme add-on.
Any Love Story add-ons attached to breedings that were submitted prior to this news post will be honored under the old rules for that add-on.
If you have a Love Story that you would like to swap for the Lovely Ink, you can send your Love Story to Chibi (#124) and she will send you Lovely Ink in return! This offer will only last for a week, so be sure to take advantage of this exchange before December 20th, 11:59 PM AST.

"For the one's who Celebrate Hanukkah We bring you this Background and hope you enjoy it. Even if that isn't your Holiday it is still a nice little background to use. The one's that had this made know that Hanukkah ends before this leaves the shop but we wanted to make sure you had plenty of time to get it."
As their note suggests, you have some time to pick up this background from Trash for Treasure - January 1st to be exact!

The Holiday Lane bells are ringing!

Good morning, friends! I hope you have some warm clothes and a hot cup of tea or cocoa nearby, because we just received the weather report for the rest of December, and it looks like we might be snowed in for a while!
The Holiday Lane has returned for a month of enjoyment, merriment, and peppermint!
Your favorite treats have returned, along with our three main holiday items--the Snowball, Snowflake, and Candy Cane.
Snowball - r10 (Common).
Stock up on these to build a crazy snowman or arm yourself (aka, throw them at your friends! Snowball fights in good fun are something we encourage!). These will not be used in the Seasonal Shop, but they might come in handy for some raffles. *wink*
Snowflake - r30 (Uncommon).
While not very unique, since they all have the same image, these sparkling snowflakes will be used as the secondary currency in the Seasonal Shop. You will also be able to exchange them for Candy Canes.
Candy Cane - r70 (Super Rare).
Our favorite striped candy! These will be the main currency in the Seasonal Shop, so resist the temptation to gobble them up!
It also seems that there are some strange tracks appearing in the snow.
There are currently 20 pets for you to find in Holiday Lane, and more will be added frequently!

The Seasonal Shop is scheduled to open on December 26th and will be open for a week, while Holiday Lane will be open through at least the end of the month, so you have plenty of time to collect all the goodies you can eat!
