"How quaint..." there is a mysterious voice echoing through the Concert Hall, leaving all of the creatures within trembling as they look around. "A concert hall, isn't this just darling?" another female voice laughs coldly as an icy chill fills the large rooms.
"They were apparently attempting to distract us with all of that.. candy laying around" there is a quieter sneer resonating from the back chambers, followed by an almost animalistic growl before shadows begin to form, the four figures get closer and closer...
There is a chilling laugh as the Unus' vanish just as swiftly as they appeared. Leaving only destruction in their wake, perhaps a sign of things to come? Due to the fires, the Concert Hall will be closed at 11:59pm AST tonight, and the Seasonal Shop will follow suit. Brave the flames and finish collecting what you need before it is all gone!
The laughing continues outside of the Concert Hall.. it seems to be coming from an old, forgotten building... What is going on in there, I wonder? Perhaps you should go find out!
It seems the Unus' have opened up the Haunted House! There is so many new residents who have joined the previous ones hiding inside! I also think I see a few pumpkins!
A few notes about the Haunted House: The Monsters in there are not meant to be capturable. As such, for the time being, they will not be making any appearances. If you are found to have captured one it will be overlayed without compensation!
At this moment the original items are still hiding within the Haunted House, and we will be adding more (and a museum collection) later, but for now it is just those! It will make much more sense once we get to that point. ;)
Enjoy collecting all of the pets and exploring the region! Make sure you finish up your Concert Hall activities!

Lunaris' like Trick or Treating too!

A few quick Trick or Treat updates! By now some of you may have noticed that there is a Recent ToTs Page! Wanna get revenge on the people throwing poop at you? Well, now when they knock you'll have records of their poop-slinging activities!
There is also a little side bar on the left near your knocks that lists how much candy you have! Click that number to be taken to the Requests page and see what has been going on with your door! This nifty little Candy Counter will also wiggle when you get a new candy!
Why these changes? Because we have disabled the notifications! You're not the only ones who were annoyed by being buried under poop and candy! (Hopefully not mixed together!) If you really liked those notifications, though, you can find a button on the ToT page to re-enable them!
You may also notice the other button over there that says "Disable ToT." You can turn Trick or Treating off, however please be cautious about turning it off and then still knocking. It isn't very friendly to do that and some NPCs may take notice of this action!
You may also notice a few more NPCs running around! They thought the others were having so much fun that they wanted to join in on the festivities too!
Several of you have already figured out that "karma" has a pretty big influence on which NPCs you come across and how much candy they give/take. We have adjusted Karma values a little, and you now lose less karma from tricking, as we want everyone to enjoy this event and not feel they are forced to treat every single time!
One final note is that Aketch is getting a little bit full on all the candy he has stolen, so he might be making a few less appearances.
And on a personal note, I wanted to thank everyone for their well wishes in this time. It has been trying, to say the least, and I will not go into details about it in a news post, since I don't believe everyone wants to be bogged down with those, but I truly appreciate all the kind words said, thankyou <3

Hey all,
Stepping up for Kaiyo (#489) right now (offline life is kicking her rump right now), because it seems in the rush of everything happening we forgot the Vion Planter.
It's now stocking in the GP Shop for 350 GP, and will be taken out approximately noon tomorrow.
I also must give you the 24 hour countdown to total Mayday PSD annihilation.
Unfortunately to stock in the new customs and PSDs we need to wipe out the old records, so if you have a pet from the last batch then please, please go and grab that PSD. If you've sold or gifted it please, please check with your friend/buyer that they have the PSD before they all disappear.
Other than that, Kaiyo will be getting to her PMs as best she can over the next couple of days and is apologising profusely that she's behind.

Whew, it's finally time to open the Seasonal Shop for the Music Event!
To start off, we have nineteen wonderfully whimsical pets waiting for you to take them home!
If you like to dress up to the occasion, we also have some magically musical human avatar items and trunks! Here's a peek at what the shop has to offer:

We have finally opened up Gen2+ Pet PSD Uploads!
Please make sure you read the rules in the thread! Failure to do so may result in your post being completely ignored! ): Only because I still need a few specks of sanity left, at the least, so please follow the rules! <3
The thread includes all of the information you will need on how to go about uploading your Gen2 and higher pet PSDs! If you have any questions or comments, there is an Updates Thread similar to the Fetch Updates thread. You can post there with questions, or peek in to see how progress is going!
But wait, there's more!
For only $19.99 you can.. oh, wait.. I mean..
Cauldron submissions have seen a pay increase!
Every accepted design will now receive 6GP and every two designs accepted will receive 1SP! Yay monies!
The last tidbit I would like to add is a warning to not purchase anything from the seasonal shop yet! We're still working on adding and updating the stock, so be warned that prices may change and will not be refunded if you choose to buy before it has officially opened!

It is the time of the year that I know all of you have been waiting for! So try to hold your excitement at least until you finish reading!
Let's start with something a little slower paced, the new GP/BP shop pets!
It's a Maki takeover! As delicious as some of these pets look, remember that pets are friends, not food!
If you colored one of these pets, please contact Kousei (#25044) for your payment!
Make sure to include your PayPal address if you are opting for the USD option.
We will also be collecting pet PSDs directly from the thread, so please make sure you keep the links active for two weeks (at least until mid-October) so we have time to snag 'em!
The GP Shop has seen a newcomer, the Essence of October 2016, in honor of Hephaestus!
The Premium Item is the Pumpkin Pack! It is full of a variety of fun pumpkins for the season, including and introducing the newest: Screaming Pumpkin!
These Screaming Pumpkins are great for sharing a bit of holiday fear by throwing them at your friends faces! In true Halloween spirit! Or something.. please don't actually hit anyone in the face! If you do, I'm not responsible!

You're still here, is there something else you were expecting? Perhaps... a few spooks~?
I think I might be able to oblige with that! How about.... a Pumpkin Patch? Will that suffice for your Halloween needs? For those of you who are new, you can deposit items r30+ or pets into the pumpkins and then withdraw a pumpkin in return! You can only withdraw a Pumpkin every 10 minutes, but you can deposit as many as you want. We have tested the HTML thoroughly and links and images should all work! However, please don't add anything too large, and please remember that the pumpkins are still monitored! Should you open a pumpkin that you feel violates the ToS please report it to a moderator!
If you are feeling a little braver than frolicking through a pumpkin patch, you can try to brave Minerva's Garden! It seems to have grown quite a bit this year, and a few older plants have popped up! I'm really not sure what type of magic she's using to do that, and I don't think I want to know... We have made a small change to the garden; Now, when you try to steal your plant, it automatically refreshes the page and gives you a timer until the next time you can try!
I have one more special treat for you, or is it... a trick~? Some of you may have noticed the fun banner on the left side of your screen.. That is right, Trick or Treat has returned! It has had a bit of a facelift, so I'll give you a little refresher course.
You head on over to the Who's Online page, and you can knock on anyone's door who is online! The person then has 15 minutes to answer the door and choose to trick or treat you! If you get a treat, you receive a candy, if you get tricked... well you might notice something floating around. While you are Trick or Treating you may run into some others, this can either have no effect, add more candy to your bag, or they might take some.
Keep an eye on that banner, when someone knocks it'll do a little wiggle and the counter will update! Click the number to be taken to your door.
If you find your way to the main Halloween Page, you will notice a few other links there, those will be coming shortly. We are staggering the event release due to how massive this year's celebrations will be!

Question: Is that banner on the left my candy?
Answer: No! That is the people waiting for you to open your door and respond to your request! You have 15 minutes after they knock to respond!
Question: So where can I see how much candy I have?
Answer: You can't. I know, I'm a big meanie for this one. We are finalizing a *huge* update, and once that update is finished you will be able to see your candy.
Question: So what is the candy for...?
Answer: It will have it's own shop full of different things, so collect all the candy!
Question: Does tricking *take* candy?
Answer: No! The only way to lose candy is if an NPC shows up and steals it from you. Tricking will reward you with a different prize that you have to catch.
Question: I can knock on my own door, is this okay?
Answer: Well I don't know about you, but I know when I wait for Trick or Treaters I eat my own candy.
Question: Why do the Ghosts disappear when I click them?
Answer: You successfully tamed the Ghost and it has moved into your inventory!
